It is clear that the larger the tree, the larger its crown, the more it absorbs and evaporates water. The larger the leaves, the more intense the process. That is, it turns out that if you plant a tree with large foliage, preferably fast-growing, near the cesspool, then it will help get rid of some of the moisture in the septic tank.

What trees to plant near the cesspool

Many tree species successfully absorb moisture within a radius of 10 meters from the planting site. Deciduous trees are champions in this regard. The best results are shown by breeds with a large crown and a powerful root system: willow, poplar, bird cherry, ash, hornbeam, oak. Now, in the regions from the middle zone and further south, it has become possible to plant paulownia - a tree with huge leaves, like burdocks, which in just a couple of years grows 3-5 meters.

But you can also plant fruit seedlings, which is very important for summer residents who use every square meter on their eight acres.

So which fruit trees will show the best moisture absorption results?

A fruit tree needs to grow for about 7-10 years for good transpiration results. Here, the first on the list will be a walnut - it evaporates moisture, like an oak, up to 300 liters per day. Plums and other stone fruits can extract from the soil about 170 liters per day, fruit rowans - up to 90, grapes - about 50.
