Spacious metropolitan apartments
Timur Rodriguez is from Penza. He was born into a poor family of a teacher and puppet theater actor. Since childhood, the future artist loved popularity, so he always participated in various school events. In his student years, the showman played in KVN, where he met Pavel Volya. This became a landmark event in the life of the actor and the beginning of his creative career.

When Timur met his future wife, he was at the height of his fame. After the wedding, the newlyweds lived in rented apartments for some time, until they saved enough money for apartments in one of the elite residential complexes in the center of Moscow. The purchase agreement was signed in 2010.
Timur invited a familiar designer to help him decorate the interior. Minimalism was chosen as the basic style, which was elegantly diluted with loft and modern elements. The result is a modern mix with innovative technologies. The apartment has a luxurious living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and two children's rooms.

Ceremonial dining room interior
Light marble with dark decorative inserts was laid on the floor in the dining room. For the walls, we chose wallpaper with floral patterns in beige tones. A luxurious recreation area was set up near the door with snow-white sofaupholstered in genuine leather.

A large table with chrome legs and a glass top was placed in the center of the dining room. Snow-white chairs with high anatomical backs were placed around.

In the dining room, along the perimeter of the ceiling, a box of drywall. Additionally, it was decorated with linear moldings and fixed from the inside with led backlighting, the brightness and color of which is regulated using a remote control. The walls are decorated with paintings by Russian artists, decorated in luxurious baguette frames.

Original ideas in the living room
Several brutal ideas were selected for the living room. First, the parquet flooring with a brushed effect, giving the planks an aged look. Secondly, linear moldings against the background of plain walls. This technique is more typical for the classics, but the designer has successfully entered it into a stylish modern interior.

For the walls in the living room, we used environmentally friendly English paint in a deep gray shade. The spacious room was divided into two zones. A comfortable sofa with a folding mechanism in a dusty pink tones was placed in the center of the room. Opposite they put a large plasma on a bedside table made of natural wood.

A spectacular table with legs in the form of stairs made of black metal was placed in front of the sofa. Timur placed a plaster bust and several family photos in solid wood frames on the shelves made of natural wood. Windows decorate Roman curtains and curtains in patterned multicolor fabric. The living room is illuminated by classic snow-white chandeliers with candle lamps.

Modern loft in the kitchen
In the kitchen, tiles were laid on the warm floor imitating wet concrete. One wall was accentuated and faced with decorative bricks. Additionally, the surface was covered with a protective varnish to facilitate maintenance and prolong the luxurious look of the masonry.
An array set with paneled doors was placed along the wall. A glass-ceramic hob and an inset sink with an L-shaped brass mixer were installed on the stone countertop. A huge refrigerator with a frosted glass insert was placed near the door.

Summary
Despite the completely different design of the rooms, the interior of Timur Rodriguez's apartment looks cozy and practical. Not so long ago, the showman bought a large plot of land on which he began building a real family nest for his family. The artist devoted all his free time to a new project and plans to soon celebrate a housewarming.
