Ksenia Sobchak planned to move into a new house last summer, but the already difficult construction was frozen due to the pandemic. The walls, windows and ceiling are already there, but the inside needs a full finish and repair. At the moment, Ksenia lives in the first house and is waiting for the completion of construction work. According to experts, the average cost of a house will be about 40 million rubles.

The TV presenter spends a lot of time on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway, because this place has been her home for many years and will continue to be considered as such after the renovation in the new mansion is completed. The main reason why the highway was chosen is the presence of forests, among which Ksenia walks with her son - she is convinced that walking in the fresh air is necessary for the health of the child.

Outside, the house resembles a castle, and the interiors are so chic that in almost every room you can hold a photo shoot for a glossy magazine.
