PVA glue can always be found in a large supermarket in the stationery department, and food colors are littered with all the shelves on the eve of Easter. So you can easily find all the necessary ingredients in quarantine.

How to make your own stained glass paints

Decide how many colors you need for your drawing. The resulting paints can also be mixed, so a palette will come in handy.

Pour PVA into jars or glasses. It is not necessary to dilute the glue, even if it is very thick, but stir until smooth - it is imperative that there are no lumps

Pour food coloring into each jar. You don't need too much, you can adjust the color intensity by changing the amount of dye

Stir the glue until all the dye particles are completely dissolved. The paints are ready. But remember: they dry out very quickly, and you won't be able to store them for a long time. If you have jars with lids, close, and if not, use cling film to seal the container.

Now is the time to create!

Have little experience in drawing? No problem! Take a look on the Internet: there you will find a huge number of options for coloring. Type in the search box of Yandex pictures the word "coloring" and the name of what you are walking, for example, "flowering branch". You will instantly receive a contour drawing that you just need to fill in with paints. Print it on a printer, and if there is no printer, place thin paper, such as the one sold in baking rolls in the same supermarket, to the monitor screen, and transfer the image with a marker.

Place the picture in a regular transparent file. If there is no file, you can put it under a piece of glass

Now apply your homemade stained glass paints along the contours with a brush. Remember: the thicker you paint, the better.

To speed up the drying process, use a regular hair dryer. Just do not bring it too close, otherwise it will drive the paint in waves, and this will ruin the image.

A completely dry picture can be neatly separated from the file. Glass will be harder, so a file or at least a plastic bag is better.
