Layout of a unique apartment
Mitya Fomin rented apartments for a long time before deciding to buy his own apartments. The singer was initially an opponent of standard projects and was looking for something extraordinary. A tiny stalinka with an area of ββonly 40 sq. m, who had not seen the repair for a long time, did not like the artist at all. But he was struck by the gorgeous view from the window of the capital's roofs and tree crowns, so Mitya, after some hesitation, made a decision to buy.
A Stalinist house with a cozy green courtyard is located in the Khamovniki district. Old-timers call it a Moscow oasis, since people of creative professions choose housing here. A couple of years later, Mitya found out that the neighbors below had put their apartment up for sale and immediately agreed to buy it.
The second apartment was in a deplorable state, in addition, its layout was different from Mitina's. In addition, tiny kitchen was a walk-through, there was not a single window in the room. The downside was the noise from the elevator, narrow and long corridor and the only window in the living room. But the showman has already presented the result of the redevelopment, so he happily got down to business.
Unusual redevelopment ideas
The famous designer Lela Kavtaradze was engaged in interior decoration. The main concepts of redevelopment and decoration were proposed by Mitya, the decorator was left to professionally translate all the ideas into reality. Each of the apartments had a separate entrance, so there were no problems with the distinction between personal and guest space.
It was decided to make the first floor public; the second tier was allocated for the bedroom with bathroom and study. Before dismantling part of the ceiling, the experts of the architectural bureau on Nikolskaya agreed on changes in the local administration. At the same time, the designer approved the installation of a window in the outer wall, thanks to which the first floor of the apartment received more light.
Finishing works and interior design
On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, a kitchen was designed, one room was taken away for dressing room.
Elegant living room decoration
The living room was divided into two zones: relaxation and dining room. The walls were painted in a light milky range that goes well with oak parquet board wenge colors. Installed on the ceiling drywall construction with spot illumination. An LED strip was fixed along the perimeter, creating the effect of a floating canvas.
Placed in the living room folding sofa with brown upholstery and a large leather pouf table. Fixed on the ceiling cornice curtains golden noodles. In the dining area, they put a table made of solid wood in gray tones and chairs with high velor backs.
The dining area is illuminated by a designer lamp decorated with cutlery. And since Mitya Fomin collects unusual figurines that he brings from each trip, several niches were made in the wall especially for them, as well as for music awards.
Small kitchen decoration
For the design of the kitchen, we have chosen a modern eco-modern trend. Since there is no window in the room, the designer paid maximum attention to lighting. In addition to the central light, all cabinets were supplied with LED backlight. Light reflects off glossy facades and glass apron and is evenly distributed throughout the room, visually increasing the space.
Underfloor heating has been laid in the kitchen; porcelain stoneware. The Corian countertop is ideal for the snow-white furniture. The design is complemented by multifunctional household appliances and stone sink with L-shaped mixer.

A bright accent - stairs to the second floor
Due to the small size of the steps and the absence of a fence stairs to the second floor does not look bulky. A protective partition made of matte high-strength glass is installed on the upper platform.

The designer applied an original technique to decorate the walls. The cleaned and primed surfaces were covered with several shades of varnish. Thanks to this, the texture looks different depending on the lighting, it never gets boring, in addition, it does not cause difficulty in caring for it.

Artist's office
We chose a parquet board for finishing the floor in the office. wenge colors. The walls were painted in a delicate shade of pistachio. An antique desk with rounded sides and a low chair with a soft back were placed near the windows.
In the recreation area, the main place is occupied by a luxurious armchair and sofa with classic American-style genuine leather upholstery. A family property was hung on the wall - a painting by the artist Stepanov depicting Harbin on the Amur River on one side and Blagoveshchensk with domes of Orthodox churches on the other. Mitya Fomin's father lived in this city for several years, so the canvas is dear to the singer as a memory of the best years of his life.

Laconic design of the bedroom
The small bedroom only contains double bed. Several shelves made of solid wenge color were installed on the snow-white wall above the headboard. The place of honor was taken by a cross - a gift from the Catholic priest Ubaldo Orlandelli.

Unusual bathroom
Mitya Fomin's favorite place in the apartment is a bathroom with a double-leaf window. A huge oval bowl is set on a podium, lined with Italian beige tiles. Fresh flowers, a niche with cosmetic accessories and a magnificent view from the window create a special atmosphere in the room.
