Back in the 90s of the last century, Irina Allegrova caught fire with the dream of her own house, tired of huddling in a tiny apartment in Novye Cheryomushki. It was at this time that Oscar Feltsman put up his mansion for sale, so the empress of the Russian stage became the full owner of the old estate.
The estate is located in Vatutinki in one of the most ecologically clean areas of the Moscow region. In the last century, plots were given here for dachas to members of the Writers' Union and representatives of the creative intelligentsia. Nearby, houses were built by Andrei Mironov, Eldar Ryazanov, Vladimir Vysotsky, Oleg Mityaev.
It was here that the soulful lines of the song "Moscow Nights" were born. The air seems to be saturated with poetry, the unhurried way of life of the indigenous population characterizes a special atmosphere and home peace.
Global solution - new construction
Irina Allegrova did not immediately come to this decision, but after living in the house for some time, she decided to completely demolish the old house and build a new mansion in its place according to her own design. As a result, a new building with an area of about 2,000 m was erected on 50 acres in 12 years.2, as well as several guest houses and outbuildings, in which it was planned to settle servants.
In the main building, Irina Allegrova planned to build a large swimming pool, a cinema, a study, several living rooms with fireplaces, gym with sauna and spa, as well as a wine storage room with refrigeration unit. The singer was absolutely calm about the choice of design, she was indifferent to specific styling, the main thing is comfort, functionality and practicality.
Design ideas in the design of the palace
To decorate her mansion, Irina Allegrova invited famous designers who proposed to decorate the interior in monochrome colors, and add a few bright details as an accent.

The work in the kitchen began with finishing the floor, the designers opted for a Venetian finish with marble chips. The walls were painted in an elegant warm light gray. The furniture was ordered in Germany, cabinets made of MDF with glossy and matte facades and anti-vandal coating. Instead of overhead handles, they decided to use integrated ones.
All drawers and cabinet doors are equipped with closers, this convenient and modern solution makes life much easier for the hostess who spends a lot of time in the kitchen. Adjustable lighting is installed inside the furniture, the light and brightness of which can be increased or decreased manually.
A seamless artificial stone of a light shade was chosen for the countertop. Natural wood dining table is small in size, it is served only for four people.
A recreation area was organized in the living room near the window. A small folding sofa with velor upholstery and a round coffee table, made according to a personal sketch by Irina Allegrova, were placed here. Bright decorative pillows and a handmade carpet from the wool of highland Tibetan sheep, woven in Nepal, dilute the monochrome interior design.
The design of the modular wall in the living room is similar to that of the kitchen set. Against the background of snow-white facades looks perfect large plasma mounted on a glossy panel. As an addition, two huge candlesticks with decorative candles were placed on the tabletop. Window draped transparent tulle and solid gray curtains.
Bedroom makeover
In the bedroom with an area of 30 m2 a huge double bed with a high soft headboarddecorated with a carriage coupler. Two table vases with black fabric lampshades were placed on the bedside tables. Decorative pillows in beige-pink-burgundy shades act as bright accents in the interior and make the monochrome design a little feminine.
One wall was occupied by huge cabinets with glossy beige facades. The door fronts are decorated with a horizontal dark brown stripe. A crystal ceiling chandelier acts as a decorative element. The windows are draped with floral-print tulle and plain plum-colored curtains, effectively matched with tassels.

Bathroom and pool with sauna
The spacious bathroom has a bowl with a jacuzzi and hydromassage, as well as modern shower cubicle. The walls and floor were finished with beige tiles. The L-shaped mixer tap in retro style looks spectacular on the snow-white countertop made of natural marble. For numerous cosmetics, a niche with glass shelves and spotlights was equipped in front of a huge mirror.
In the basement floor, a large swimming pool with a relaxation area, a gym, and a Finnish sauna were equipped, which helps to maintain the luxurious figure of your beloved singer.
