According to the statistics of the Bank of Russia, the past year was rather favorable for APF.The official rating of the NPF of Russia 2017 for reliability and profitability according to the Central Bank of Russia , published on the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, after a decline in autumn-winter 2015, there is a small but steady growth of pension savings in non-state pension funds of the Russian Federation.
By the end of 2016 - beginning of 2017 the total volume of deposits increased by 3.1% and increased to over 2 trillion rubles. In general, the pension savings market is developing dynamically: the weak ones are leaving, the strong ones remain and unite with each other. If a year ago 77 APFs operated, by 2017 there were only 43 of them, and the top ten leaders remained practically unchanged. In general, the total amount of accumulations of the APF of the Russian Federation reached 3.3 trillion rubles.
Rating NPF of Russia in 2017 is divided into two tables - according to the reliability( according to the size of the capital) and the profitability( the growth rate of pension savings).
Reliability rating of APF 2017
One of the key features of reliable NPFs is the amount of capital. In all, the five largest APFs account for almost two thirds of the total capital, while the top ten account for 83% of total deposits. According to the official reporting tables, as before, with a big gap from the second place, Sberbank is leading, and the total amount of savings continues to grow. Over the past 9 months, it grew by 44.2%!The second and third places of the rating( Lukoil-Garant and NPF Future), by the total volume of deposits, lag behind Sberbank by 100 billion rubles, and the fourth and fifth places( Safmar and Gazfond) by almost 170 billion
However, rating of APF "Samfar" demonstrated the most powerful growth of accumulations of - for the last year they increased 6 times. This allowed the fund to make a sharp jump upward by 11 steps and take the fourth position in the ranking. It's no wonder that the number of clients at "Samfar" also increased more than 10 times. The reason for such a powerful growth is the consolidation of the pension funds of the Bin Group. In general, APFs demonstrate a positive trend - more than doubled the accumulations of three more APFs( "Soglasie", "Doverie" and "Surgutneftegaz").
APF yield rating 2017
However, the "largest" does not mean "the most profitable". The most profitable for clients was Uralsib( 14.7%) , followed by three non-state pension funds( the V.V. Livanov Defense Industry Fund, Promagrofond and Diamond Autumn) with a yield of 14,5% to 14.1%.It is gratifying that a fairly large number of APFs received more income than inflation( in the first nine months of 2016 it amounted to 4.1%).And the profitability of the NPF "Future"( ranked third in terms of deposits) was less than inflation by 0.02%.
In general, by 2017, most of the APFs in Russia have shown that they are able to manage pension contributions. Despite the devaluation of the ruble, the yield of most of them is higher than the level of inflation. And which NPF is the best - reliable or profitable - is up to you.
