Modern mansion in Sosnovy Bor
The marriage of one of the most eligible grooms and Miss Ukraine - 2016 took place in Israel, then the newlyweds went on their honeymoon to the Maldives. The wedding changed plans a little and made Dmitry start arranging the family nest. The spouses do not yet have their own home. The journalist and his young wife cannot decide whether they really want to live permanently outside the city.
Registration of a personal plot
When there are several free days, Dmitry Komarov and Alexandra Kucherenko come out of town to their parents' dacha, located in Sosnovy Bor, surrounded by a relic forest. The territory is fenced from all sides with a high solid fence, on which video surveillance cameras are installed along the perimeter.
The backyard area is planted with lawn grass, paths from paving slabs are paved along the site. In the courtyard there is a comfortable seating area with a barbecue and a large open gazebo made of natural wood. It is closed from the common space by luxurious thujas.
Outside, the attic house is plastered and painted with light beige paint. Decorative tiles were used to finish the basement. The roof, wooden double-glazed windows and dark chocolate downpipes were chosen as a spectacular accent.
Cozy accents in the living room
On the ground floor, a spacious living room and a kitchen-dining room were arranged. Private rooms occupy the upper tier. Clapboard was used to decorate the walls throughout the house. Oak parquet was laid on the floor in the living quarters; light tiles with dark decor were chosen for the wet areas and the kitchen.
In the living room, the favorite place for the whole family is a real wood-burning fireplace, lined with special fire-resistant decorative tiles. A large corner sofa and a couple of armchairs with gray fabric upholstery were placed in front of the hearth.
Spacious studio apartment in Kiev
Dmitry Komarov bought for the first time a spacious studio in one of the elite new buildings in Kiev. Since the apartment was rented out without finishing, major repairs were required. The young owners decided not to invite a designer and to think over the interior design on their own. They have ambitious plans, so they do not plan to invest large sums in the arrangement.
Laconic living room design
For the decoration, we chose an English environmentally friendly paint in a light milky shade. A small niche was made in the wall, on the glass shelves of which original souvenirs brought from long trips were placed. The main place in the room is occupied by a huge corner sofa with a folding mechanism. Wide armrests simultaneously serve as a comfortable stand for a laptop, remote control or phone.
The pouf acts as an unusual accent, which serves as a coffee table. Alexandra found fabrics with Nepalese patterns in catalogs that fit perfectly in design. The same fabric was also used for decorative pillow covers.
Creative details in the office
The journalist's office is decorated in light colors. Not so long ago, Dmitry decorated the walls with an original illuminated map, which serves as an unusual night light in the dark. On a wooden surface, you can mark places of planned travels or leave notes.
A work table with a curly top was placed near the window. An unusual mahogany chest of drawers was placed next to it. An obligatory attribute of the office is a set for holding a tea ceremony, complete with all the necessary accessories.
Discreet kitchen interior
A linear set of MDF and laminated chipboard, painted in light beige, was installed in the kitchen. The doors of cabinets and drawers are decorated with milling and laconic brace handles. A snow-white quartz agglomerate was chosen for the tabletop, the apron in the working area was protected with high-strength glass.
Summary
Previously, Dmitry could go on an expedition for six months, after marriage, he can no longer afford this. During business trips, Sasha sometimes flies to her husband, or they go together for a couple of days on vacation. So far, the journalist does not plan to change jobs, so the schedule will continue to be so tense. A new family nest will help to cope with the first difficulties and brighten up the life of a young housewife while waiting for the second half.
