More than ten years ago, Elena Baturina acquired a luxurious estate in Austria, located near the Kitzbühel resort in the town of Aurach. Next to the villa, a business lady has opened a premium hotel with a large golf course.
The two-storey log house is located on the slope of a picturesque mountain. In the lower tier there is an open parking lot for several cars. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a meeting room and an office. The upper one has private rooms with bathrooms.

The history of buying an estate in England lasted several years. Witanhurst is considered the second largest palace after Buckingham. Initially, the three-storey estate had 65 rooms, of which:

Features of the internal arrangement of the palace
The palace was built by a stockbroker for his wife and eight children back in 1774. All work in those years took seven whole years. Initially, the estate had six en-suite bedrooms on the second floor and eight on the third. The rest of the rooms were completed after reconstruction.
There were several dozen active fireplaces in the palace. From the hall, the guests immediately got into the ballroom, the height of which was about six meters. Walnut wood panels were used for wall and floor decoration.
Window openings are decorated with carved gilded cornices. Seven high doors in French style lead from the hall to the wide terrace.
After the sale, some details of the luxurious decoration remained in the palace, however, a major restoration was required. The authorities gave the go-ahead for the purchase only if the appearance of the old castle was preserved.
Restoration project
Since it was impossible to change the appearance, the architect came up with an excellent idea: to expand the building at the expense of underground floors. As a result, three additional tiers appeared in the castle. At the very bottom, a parking garage for 24 cars was made.
The rest of the underground floors were equipped with:
- two cinema halls;
- pool with jacuzzi and spa area;
- bath complex;
- beauty parlor;
- hairdressing salon.
There is a room for security and staff, as well as a games room and a bar. Several comfortable elevators are installed along the perimeter. As a result, the total area of the palace was 4,000 square meters. m.
Another building was built on the territory of the palace, in which they made a flower greenhouse and several rooms for rest and comfortable leisure. This is the favorite place of the mistress of the castle.
The estate of Baturina in the Moscow region
Another Baturina estate is located in the elite gated community Gorki-2. A huge mansion was built next to the houses of representatives of the authorities and the creative elite. Despite the close location of the capital, there is a favorable ecological situation due to the distance from industrial zones and a large green area.
The big advantage of the village is its well-developed infrastructure. For elite residents, excellent access roads have been equipped; pedestrian and bicycle paths with comfortable places for recreation have been arranged in the forested area. On the territory there are shopping centers, gyms, a swimming pool, several tennis courts and a bath complex.
Elena Baturina owns a huge plot of land with an area of 2.12 hectares. It took several years to build the family estate. The result was a luxurious palace with a large entrance area decorated with monolithic columns.
