Original dacha in the suburbs
Despite her media presence, Arina Sharapova appreciates a quiet vacation away from the bustle of the city. To this end, many years ago, she bought a large plot of 50 acres, located in the Ramensky district. The land went to the spouses for an absolutely ridiculous cost, since there was no electricity, no gas pipeline, or water nearby.
Arina Sharapova fell in love with luxurious places at first sight. The most important thing for her was the proximity to the forest and the remoteness of the neighbors. The TV presenter prefers not to flaunt her personal life, so the second point was especially important for her.
Features of drawing up a project
The plot of land was located at a distance of 100 km from Moscow. Arina Sharapova was not frightened at all. On the contrary, it is much more pleasant after a busy day to be on a well-groomed area and relax surrounded by virgin nature and birdsong. The TV personality with great enthusiasm set about the project.
In the evenings, Arina and her husband drew a sketch of the future cozy family nest. The couple initially decided that the house would be built of wood in order to feel the maximum fusion with nature. When the basic sketches were ready, the TV personality found an architect to work on the project and draw up engineering calculations.
Not without problems. Initially, the project provided for a winter garden with panoramic glazing. However, the builders installed the windows incorrectly, as a result, cracks formed around the perimeter, and all the plants froze. The flaws were eliminated, the opening was laid and the pots were moved to other rooms. A stone appendix with a large pantry remained from the winter garden.
Layout and interior of the first floor
Arina Sharapova's country house was built in the chalet style. On the ground floor, a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area and two lounges were designed. The second tier was occupied by three bedrooms, wardrobe and bathroom. Only wood covered with a protective matte varnish was used in the decoration.
The kitchen area is separated by a large portal painted in dark chocolate color. Snow-white solid wood furniture was placed along one wall. The upper cabinets are decorated with transparent glass. The wooden table top matches perfectly with black tiles on the apron.
Near bar counter equipped a recreation area with snow-white furniture. The opening to the dining area was decorated with wooden beams painted in dark brown. A luxurious chandelier illuminates the space with orange lampshade, decorated with fringe, and several sconces.
In the dining area, near the panoramic windows, a large solid dining table and classic chairs with high wooden backs were placed. A real stove, decorated with tiles in the Old Russian style, was laid out next to it.
Second floor decoration
A wooden staircase with cylindrical balusters leads to the second floor. Arina Sharapova came up with a rather original decoration of the walls near the marches. She took regular sheets of plywood and cut out the outlines of urban high-rise buildings along one edge. Then she covered the material with varnish and glued it to the wall. In the evening, the silhouettes look quite mysterious and create the illusion of a fairy tale.
The bedrooms on the second floor are simply decorated. Each of them has large beds with a soft headboard. For the windows, Arina chose bright translucent fabrics that create an incredibly soulful atmosphere.
In one of the rooms, a study was made, in which the TV presenter, together with her husband and grandchildren, make dinosaurs with their own hands. The figurines have taken their rightful place in the paleontological museum, built not far from the main house.

Landscaping of a personal plot
The spacious garden area is divided into several functional areas. Not far from the main house, a small dinosaur museum was built - a playground for the grandchildren of the TV presenter. Near the entrance to the mansion, an open gazebo with barbecue, hammock and swing.

Small cottage in Crimea
Arina Sharapova prefers Crimea to foreign resorts. Several years ago, she bought a two-story house in Koktebel, located not far from the coastal strip. The TV presenter's neighbors were Dmitry Kiselev and Edward Radzinsky.
TV presenter's Moscow apartments
Arina Sharapova's Moscow three-room apartment is located in the southwest. Previously, it was an ordinary communal apartment, from which the TV personality made cozy apartments. To redesign the interior, the journalist turned to the design studio. Experts have developed a unique project in a classic style. To implement it, it was necessary to move and dismantle part of the partitions and coordinate all changes with the local administration.
When the son grew up and moved to his own apartment, Arina made a dressing room in his room, which she had dreamed of all her life. Unfortunately, not so long ago it was necessary to completely renew the renovation, as the battery in the living room burst, and the water spoiled the luxurious parquet flooring, decoration and furniture.
To renovate a living room with an area of 30 m2 chose English classics that will never go out of style. Several surviving antique pieces of furniture fit perfectly into the new interior. The L-shaped layout made it possible to equip the dining area outside the general view. At the same time, we decided to refresh the dressing room and make it more functional and light.
They put in the living room biofireplace, decorated in an elegant MDF portal with aged surfaces. A luxurious sofa with silk upholstery was placed opposite. The furnishings were complemented by a classic English armchair, decorated with a carriage tie.
Summary
As you can see, Arina Sharapova prefers classics, comfort and practicality when decorating the interior. The TV presenter once admitted that she chooses all the furniture intuitively, but with the paintings is a completely different story. It is important for a TV personality to feel exactly where the plot will look the most advantageous. Sometimes it takes several days before a piece of art is assigned a place in the house.
