Marina Ambrosimova has always dreamed of living in a spacious apartment without the history of the previous owners. In the spring of 2015, MaxSim finally acquired a huge apartment in one of the dormitory districts of Moscow on the fourteenth floor of the Triumph Palace new building.
The premium high-rise building is located in Chapaevsky Lane and is equipped with a guarded parking lot and a playground. Nearby there is a birch grove and a park with an organized recreation area, as well as a small lake, so in good weather the singer often walks with her daughters.

On a 250-meter square, MaxSim has equipped with great comfort:

For interior decoration, the singer chose traditional classics, but with modern elements in minimalism style. Light shades are used as the base palette, which are successfully combined with a well-thought-out floral print. Such an inclusion fills the interior with girlish tenderness and innocence.
Spacious living room with kitchen island
MakSim has always dreamed of a cozy apartment in which to fully relax after touring and tiring filming. To decorate the interior, she turned to professionals who offered several original ideas, taking into account the wishes of the singer.
Light olive walls of the living room set off the floor of parquet boards beige. In the kitchen area, it is decorated with tiles imitating the structure of wood. A corner sofa was placed in the recreation area and low coffee table, on the table top of which there is always a vase with fresh flowers. On the contrary, they established huge plasma TV and a small chest of drawers.
The kitchen and dining area are separated from the living room by a sliding door with glass panels decorated with matte patterns. The furniture is made of natural wood, the upper cabinets are decorated with an ornate pattern and patinated inserts.
Light milky convex refrigerator in a retro style, it successfully complements the classic interior of the kitchen. Chairs with rounded soft backs and fabric upholstery are surprisingly suitable for him.
The singer's bedrooms
The bedroom is Max's favorite place. She designed her private chambers in gray and white colors. The real decoration of the room is a designer floor lamp near a huge double bed, it creates a special mood in the interior. Wallpaper on one wall in patchwork style, perfectly match with geometric print night curtains.
A projector was fixed above the bed, which transfers the image to the opposite wall. This modern solution made it possible to abandon the conventional TV. Not without a snow-white synthesizer, on which the singer plays music in her free time.
The interiors of the other two bedrooms are very similar: one wall near the head of the bed is highlighted with a bright print, the rest are painted in a quieter monochrome color scheme. Designer lamps, floor lamps, desk lamp, like all the lighting in the house, the singer selected herself.
The only difference in the bedrooms is the loggias, in one it is attached and decorated as a small work area. The problem of transferring batteries has been effectively solved: modern high radiators act as an unusual accent in the interior. Today the room was occupied by the singer's eldest daughter, so several bright elements appeared in it: light green rugs, dolls and toys. In the second bedroom, the balcony remains glazed.
Unusual bathroom solution
One of the bathrooms is decorated with mosaics in delicate shades of gray and turquoise. Classic furniture made to order in Italy. The Moscow region dacha is located in the Istra district. A small house built of wood in the style of a French chalet. It took three years to build and renovate, and it was worth it. A huge terrace was added to the house, and a real shower for pets was also equipped.
