According to the results of a large-scale sociological survey, the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion published a rating of the Russian elite for 2012.The criterion for getting into the rating was the answers of 1600 Russians to the question of who of the prominent persons has the greatest merits before the country and really represents its elite. Each of the respondents could specify 10 names.
