The property is located in an excellent location in the Golden Mile, close to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and the Barkli Plaza premium complex. The Kremlin can be reached at a calm pace in just half an hour.
The monolithic brick house on the embankment immediately attracts attention due to its strict forms and panoramic glazing. Inside the complex for elite residents there is a cozy green courtyard with decorative bushes, flower beds and comfortable seating areas.

Features of the development of a design project
The apartment was designed from beginning to end by the company of the famous couturier Valentin Yudashkin Dizain. The starting point for the decorators was the love of the owner of the apartment for luxury.
Valentin Yudashkin called the interior of the singer's apartment imperial, since the apartments are decorated with chic pomp, a lot of gold decor and natural stone. We did not forget about the functionality of each room. As a compliment, Valentin Yudashkin presented the golden voice of Russia with a personal coat of arms, which was installed in the hall.

Finding yourself in the apartments of the golden voice of Russia, it seems as if this is a French palace of the 18th century, but in no way a metropolitan apartment. Gold monograms on the walls, collectible paintings in expensive baguette frames, antique furniture made of precious woods are striking. And all this looks even more luxurious against the background of light walls.
The high ceilings are decorated with antique stucco. Classic tiered chandeliers in gold with a cascade of crystal pendants gracefully illuminate the rich decoration. The spacious rooms have massive Greek-style columns. Each room, including the bathrooms, is decorated with royal pomp.
Layout of a luxury apartment
320 sq. m designers have equipped two spacious living rooms. In one they put a black concert grand piano. The room is decorated in beige and chocolate colors with gold decor. Several multi-tiered crystal chandeliers illuminate the space; sconces have been chosen in a similar design.
The apartment has two bedrooms - master and guest. For one, they chose a classic blue palette, for the second, a beige palette. The main place in each room is occupied by a royal bed with a high back, decorated with openwork elements and gilding.
In addition to living rooms and bedrooms, the apartment was equipped with a spacious kitchen-dining room, two bathrooms with a jacuzzi, a dressing room and an office. The designers have perfectly matched the antique furniture, each item sets off an abundance of gold and monograms.
Villa in one of the most popular resorts in Turkey
The billionaire gave Nikolai Baskov not only spacious apartments in Moscow, but also a villa in Antalya with an area of 400 sq. m. The mansion is located on the territory of the elite complex Mardan Palace. A plaque with the name of the famous owner, decorated with monograms, was hung over the front door.
The villa is serviced by a whole staff of workers, from maids to butlers. When Nikolai Baskov comes to rest with friends, an invited local chef prepares delicious dishes for the star owners.
The spacious villa is less luxuriously decorated than the Moscow apartment, but Nikolai did not skimp on furniture. The two floors are equipped with:
