Despite the fact that Galina Stakhanova always dreamed of a stage, she began to play at a mature age. In her youth, the artist worked as a usher, make-up artist, and only after being cut in the difficult 90s of the last century, the future celebrity was invited to play characteristic roles in theater and cinema. Small apartment of Galina Stakhanova
Galina Stakhanova has been living for many years in an ordinary typical house near the Yasenevo metro station. The apartment needs renovation for a long time: the wallpaper has faded and in some places has moved away from the walls, the effects of flooding from the neighbors above are visible on the ceiling. It is difficult for one woman to organize repairs, so for the actress's birthday, the designers of the famous TV show decided to make a luxurious gift: an update of the interior in the kitchen.
Repair sequence
Kitchen area - only 9 sq. m. The designers decided to completely dismantle the decoration and "modernize" the entire interior, making it more festive. First of all, all electrical wiring was replaced, then installed warm floorbecause the hostess has health problems. On top of the bed porcelain stoneware tiles size 60 * 60 cm with a metallic tint, which immediately gave the room a modern touch.
Since the house is old, the main problem of all residents is communications, traces of which are visible on the ceiling and walls. It was decided to install a white matte stretch fabric that can withstand up to 100 kg of liquid.
The box with the ventilation shaft was allocated decorative Venetian plaster with a marbled effect. The monumental column was decorated with a portrait of the hostess in the image of the heroine of the popular film "Yolki", placed in a plaster design frame.
The walls were leveled and painted with unique paint, which contains quartz sand. After applying it on the surface, the effect of silk threads with a beautiful noble overflow was obtained. Through stencils with a Victorian pattern sponge hammered in mother-of-pearl paint.
Kitchen furnishings
The kitchen furniture was ordered according to the individual design of the designers. The fronts of the cabinets are made of solid wood and manually decorated with patal - the finest gold foil. On some doors, a mirror sheet was installed, the back surface of which was pre-treated with fine sandpaper to give the effect of aging.
The facades of the upper cabinets differ from the general design of furniture, outwardly they look like a wall decoration, decorated with thin slats. The doors are equipped with touch-sensitive handles that can be opened by light finger pressure.
A quartz sink with a bacterial protective coating and a modern chocolate-colored mixer with a ceramic disc cartridge were installed on the countertop. Over hob fixed the built-in silent hood with additional lighting.
A quartz conglomerate was chosen for the countertop. It has no pores, so the surface is resistant to moisture, mechanical damage and high temperatures. In the apron area they caused decorative plaster bronze color and protected it with an anti-vandal finish varnish. It is heat resistant and is not afraid of grease and dirt.
Lighting and textiles
A designer TV in a beige glass frame was hung over the dining table. The kitchen is illuminated by an elegant chandelier installed in a large plaster socket. On a snow-white openwork metal frame, small lampshades made of linen fabric, decorated with handmade lace, are fixed.
Dinner table Is a real work of art. The wrought-iron underframe was specially made for this project in the forge. The edges of the agglomerate quartz countertop are beveled. Next to them were luxurious chairs on wooden legs with high, soft backs, decorated with carriage braces and decorative carnations.
Exquisite tableware was brought from France as a gift for Galina Stakhanova, and decorative linen napkins were delivered from Latvia. The window was decorated with the finest organza with a chameleon effect in beige and burgundy shades. The fabric changes color depending on the angle of view and lighting. The tulle is beautifully picked up by hooks in the form of huge hairpins under a tree.
A few words in conclusion
Galina Stakhanova, at the sight of the transformation of her old kitchen, was simply speechless. She had never expected that such an elegant splendor could be created in a small space.
