The real estate portal "World of apartments" recently published the results of a study of the cost of housing( both the cost of apartments and the cost per square meter of housing) in the primary market in 62 major cities of Russia( the list also included the Moscow region) for the I quarter of 2016.In 30 cities from the list, which will be presented further and which can be called large cities with the most inexpensive housing, the average cost of an apartment in a new building is less than 2.6 million rubles. For comparison: in Moscow, the average price of a new apartment is 24.4 million rubles, in St. Petersburg - 7.3 million.
