Khodchenkova moved to an apartment on Presnenskaya Embankment, in Moscow City, in the fall of 2020. The main advantage of the apartments is chic floor-to-ceiling windows.

The first apartment of the actress

Svetlana did not have her own housing until the moment when she began to earn big money acting in films and bought herself a property herself. The first acquisition was a two-room apartment in the city of Zheleznodorozhny. It was in this city that the young years of the actress passed, and therefore she decided to keep her “roots” in her native place. All the first fees that the actress received for shooting went to repairs.

The actress was not lucky with the inheritance - her grandmother decided to transfer the apartment in Moscow to her second daughter. Khodchenkova was upset by this state of affairs and even tried to sue her part, but lost the case. After that, a long career growth began.

Buying an apartment in the City

Khodchenkova was able to buy an apartment in the elite Moscow City complex only after participating in foreign film projects. The apartment was not chosen by chance - this is a place of attraction for Russian stars and businessmen, and Svetlana loves to be in the center of the party.

Apartments in skyscrapers are not cheap, therefore, in order to afford such expensive real estate, Svetlana took on various shootings and tried to save money without buying anything extra.

Kitchen in Svetlana Khodchenkova's luxury apartment

Choosing a kitchen, Svetlana focused on modern stylish design. As a result, a set with glossy dark facades, without handles, was purchased. The actress also opted for a stone countertop and a practical metal apron. These surfaces are easy to clean and do not require special care, and most importantly, they look aesthetically pleasing in the interior.

The actress admits that she practically does not know how to cook and often goes to restaurants for breakfast and dinner, and dine on film sets. However, as she began to spend more time at home, she made sure to learn how to cook at least the simplest dishes, and acquired a grill. On one of the broadcasts with Alexander Tsypkin, Svetlana showed her refrigerator - there were only face masks in it. The actress said that she rarely stocks up on groceries for the week, mostly going down to the supermarket to buy some kind of snack.

The style of the kitchen is minimalism. Due to the lack of dishes in the house, Svetlana decided not to install upper cabinets and not overload the space. The walls in the kitchen are painted in a beautiful green color, and some of the surfaces in the cooking area are decorated with mosaics.

Living room and bedroom - favorite places in the apartment

Unlike other rooms where minimalist design prevails, Svetlana chose pure classics for the living room. The main feature of the apartment is the parquet floor.

• expensive furniture brought from abroad;
• a luxurious lampshade nearby on a table by the sofa;

Svetlana decided to combine cold and warm shades, and she did it very well.

There is a large plasma TV in the living room - Svetlana likes to relax on the sofa and watch a good movie with friends or with a young man.

Next to the living room is the bedroom - it is also decorated in a classic style, but in lighter shades. The walls are painted in pastel colors, and the floor is covered with high-quality dark parquet. Most of the bedroom is occupied by a double bed, next to which there is a chest of drawers in an unusual style. Svetlana Khodchenkova did not show the chest of drawers directly, but she “lit up” on social networks and surprised her fans - the furniture is made of a beautiful silvery mosaic that shimmers in the light. A chair made of the same mosaic was matched to the chest of drawers.

In the recreation area there is also a luxurious bench made of burgundy velvet - Svetlana loves this piece of furniture and sits comfortably on it to read a book.

Svetlana approached the design of her apartment with special care - there is not a single superfluous detail in the interior. In addition to the main pieces of furniture, decor items are placed in all rooms - beautiful angels are especially striking, decorating the coffee table next to the velvet banquette.
