The authoritative American edition Car and Driver released the rating of the best crossovers and off-road vehicles of 2017 .
Each new or significantly upgraded car with a base price of less than $ 80,000 spent a week comparing to past winners, after which each editor voted based on the following criteria: cost, handling, security and the use of high technology.
