Fedor Emelianenko considers Stary Oskol to be his family. He grew up in this city, his parents live here. Local authorities, in gratitude for the crushing victory in 2006, presented the MMA fighter with a two-story mansion located within the city.

In those years, the athlete was married in a second marriage, in which two daughters were born. The fighter and his wife gratefully accepted the luxurious gift and arranged a modest and cozy nest. After the divorce, the house remained for Fedor Emelianenko.

Interior design features

The interior was decorated in a traditional classic style. The spouses independently chose the finishing materials and did not involve a designer. Oak parquet with a French herringbone was laid on the floor throughout the house. Light paint was chosen for the walls. Children's rooms were decorated in a brighter color scheme using accent wallpaper depicting characters from your favorite cartoons.

Cozy corner in the kitchen

A classic solid wood set was installed in the spacious kitchen. The doors of his cabinets are decorated with panels and gilded brackets. For the countertop, we chose a stone agglomerate of a light milky shade. For the apron, a small tile with a glossy surface was selected to match.

The upper modules are decorated with frosted glass and built-in lighting. The decoration of the lockers is completed with a carved cornice along the perimeter. Above the induction hob, there is a chimney hood, decorated with a baguette to match the furniture. Fyodor put consecrated icons on it. The dining area is organized around the window. A round table made of solid wood on a central leg does not clutter up the space. A small plasma hangs over it.

An unpleasant story with a Moscow apartment

In 2009, the athlete bought a three-room apartment in one of the new buildings in Moscow, located on Yakimanka. The area is considered one of the most prestigious in the capital. The Kremlin is just two kilometers away. Despite the city center, the environment is quite safe thanks to the park areas. Neskuchny Garden, Gorky Park and Botanical Garden are within walking distance.

Through the fault of the developer company, Fedor Emelianenko still cannot get the keys to his own apartment. Last year, he was forced to go to court, which recognized his right to an apartment and two parking spaces in the underground parking as legitimate. It is known that not so long ago the developer was declared bankrupt. The search is now underway for a new organization that will complete construction.

An old dream - a log house

Fedor Emelianenko always wanted to live in a house made of timber. Several years ago, he bought a piece of land in a sparsely populated village. Initially, the mansion was planned as a guest house for birthday parties and simple outdoor recreation. In the future, the family may completely move out of town.

Construction features

Having studied a huge number of proposals, Fedor Emelianenko opted for a unique project of a two-story house with a size of 10 × 10 m from a rounded log with a diameter of 28 cm. The material assumes natural drying, so the construction was delayed for two years. Special pins and ties were used to attach the timber to each other.

Previously, a monolithic foundation was poured on the site, providing comfort and warmth in the house. A high-density Vyatka timber was used for the box. This is a high-quality material that will last for a hundred years, retaining all its performance characteristics. We chose a modern polytherm as a heater. A soft tiled roof was laid on the roof.

The box was erected in late autumn and stood all winter with open windows. In the spring, the builders cleaned the timber, impregnated it with antiseptic and protective oils, and also painted it in a beautiful beige-gray shade that does not overlap the natural pattern of the wood. The house is almost ready for the interior work, which the builders will start next season.
