Luxurious apartment on Khodynka - another life stage

When deciding where to move after Myasnitskaya Street, the couple was guided by several motives: comfort, accessibility and convenience for raising a child. As a result, an elite residential complex on Khodynka was chosen - this is an area with a well-developed infrastructure, playgrounds and convenient paths.

Olga and Dmitry told the media that they chose the Privat Square complex for a reason. The main reason is the area of ​​new buildings, the absence of old houses and poor communications. In addition, they considered the complexes, taking into account the state of parks, alleys and groves nearby.

In the new apartment, Dmitry and Olga liked almost everything, and they often began to go for a walk with their son in a birch grove located nearby.

According to experts, apartments in this building are extremely expensive - about 35 million rubles for a standard apartment. However, there is an advantage: the decoration of the apartment is already included in the price, so the actors did not have to think through the layout from scratch, they only bought the necessary furniture.

Choosing the filling for a new home, Olga preferred natural light shades, she wanted to get away from the extra color noise in the apartment. There are no panels or paintings on the walls, and only a minimal amount of decor has been chosen. The work of an actor is always associated with an abundance of colors, and at home Dmitry and Olga want to relax in a calm atmosphere.

However, bright and beautiful details are still present in the apartment. So, Olga could not refuse a luxurious designer chandelier. Professionals worked on the project, but the design was not approved the first time: Olga always checked the developments and made her own changes.

Dmitry practically did not interfere in the course of work and entrusted the design of the apartment to his wife, completely relying on her taste. From time to time, artists bring home some souvenirs from business trips and complement the space with cute little things.
