It took more than ten years to build it, and as a result, a real palace, erected for centuries, arose just a few kilometers from the capital. The three-storey palace was built of bricks. Plastered surface painted light beige, which is complemented by snow-white balustrades on the first and second floors and window frames. The central part of the building is decorated with monolithic columns with strict consoles.

On the veranda and balcony of the second floor there are cozy seating areas with small tea tables and a comfortable natural rattan furniture. In the evening, English lanterns are lit, creating a comfortable and romantic atmosphere. The territory is fenced on all sides with a high solid fence, which protects the private life of the famous family from outsiders.

Palace living room interior

The interior of the palace is as luxurious as the exterior. On the ground floor there are several living rooms with a fireplace room, as well as a kitchen and a dining room. The upper floors are occupied by the private rooms of the owners. The famous owners are assisted by a whole staff of staff, for whom a small guest house has been built, to take care of the estate.

Elegant finishes

The interior of the estate is decorated in a classic style. The house is full of antiques and collectible unique items. Layed on the floor in all rooms parquet oak board, luxurious Italian tiles are used to decorate the kitchen and bathrooms.

Leads to the upper floors staircase with steps made of natural woodcoated with a protective matte varnish. Balusters and railings are made of solid wood. A luxurious chandelier brought from France descends from the third tier. It resembles a fountain made of crystal pendants fixed on a gilded frame.

Original landscape design of the site

The most favorite place of the spouses for evening gatherings with friends and relatives is the veranda. Here they have arranged a cozy corner for relaxation with a compulsory samovar and dryers.
