In the southeast of Moscow, they began to demolish the old Khrushchev buildings and build modern high-rise buildings in their place. The singer's budget allowed buying a three-room apartment with an area of ​​76 sq.² without a mortgage and a loan. Marina considers real estate to be a profitable investment of money, so she did not regret her decision at all.

The choice of shades

Marina decided to decorate the apartment in her favorite color of fuchsia, which she successfully and unobtrusively played with white tones and shades of cocoa and chocolate. This palette does not get boring and makes the interior solemn and incredibly stylish. Externally, the apartment looks like a fashionable salon with an abundance of mirror inserts.

Development of a design project

For help in decorating the interior, Marina turned to her friend, who was professionally engaged in design and was already equipping her mother's apartment. The decorator knew the tastes and preferences of the family, so they immediately developed a single concept in their work. In the future, all approvals took place via Skype due to the busy touring schedule of Marina Devyatova.

The designer suggested making the interior more feminine and diluting the laconic atmosphere with graceful chandeliers and spectacular candelabra. Instead of family photographs, a door with the initials of Marina Devyatova - the Ministry of Internal Affairs - appeared on the walls of the apartment.

Kitchen-living room decoration

Since the rooms of the apartment were small, the designer proposed a traditional solution: to combine kitchen-dining room with living room. This idea made it possible to equip all functional areas with comfort.

A mirror sheet is installed on both sides of the partition. This idea visually expanded the space of the living room and kitchen. They put in the recreation area small sofa and a modern synthesizer. Marina often rehearsals at home, her concerts do not bother her neighbors at all, on the contrary, they happily listen to folk music. On the instrument panel there is always a luxurious gift from fans - a photo album with all the interesting pictures of your favorite singer.

They laid on the warm floor in the apartment oak parquet board with a brushed surface. For the walls, they chose gentle half-tones of a light milky shade. In a niche opposite the seating area, a huge plasma was installed, and a spectacular design round table with black glass tabletops was placed next to it.

The office was set up in the smallest room. In order to visually increase the area, it was decorated in a light color scheme. A snow-white MDF table and a high chair upholstered in genuine leather were placed near the window. A small sofa, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers complemented the furnishings.

Ideal solution for loggias

The big plus of the apartment was the presence of several loggias. One balcony leaves the kitchen, on which Marina hung a travel map (a board of honor, or a wailing wall) - this is how the singer half-jokingly called the magnetic board. On the panel, decorated in a stylish baguette frame, she places magnets brought from all trips.

The second insulated loggia was converted into a dressing room. Set along the wall open shelvingcomplete with clothes rails, drawers for linen and accessories. The doors of the double-glazed window were closed with translucent roller blinds.

Elegant bedroom

A multi-level structure with perimeter spotlights was installed on the ceiling of the romantic bedroom. Huge double bed complemented by a low soft back. On the wall behind the headboard, a mirror cloth decorated with an engraved inscription was fixed. The bedroom was combined with a loggia and a small working area was equipped there.

There is a bathroom next to the bedroom. For the decoration of the walls and floor, a plain tile of a light beige shade was chosen, against which a spectacular mosaic panel looks amazingly. A hanging cabinet with an overhead washbasin and a bright burgundy pencil case were installed in the room.

When Marina had a daughter, the family decided to move out of town, since it is much more useful for the baby to grow up in the fresh air. The singer's father built a comfortable dacha in the Moscow region. He invited the young parents to stay with him for some time and only after that plan the construction of their own house.
