The voice of the legendary TV presenter Tatiana Sudets lulled children in the program "Good night, kids" for more than a quarter of a century. The children affectionately called her Aunt Tanya. Adults remembered the TV presenter for the news programs, the program "Skillful Hands", and she also hosted the "New Year's Light" and "Song of the Year". Today Tatyana Sudets has already retired and spends almost all the time at the dacha. Small cottage of Tatiana Sudets in the Moscow region
Many years ago, Tatiana Sudets bought a plot of 8 acres and built a small country house. After retiring to a well-deserved rest, the TV presenter began to spend almost all her free time outside the city, doing not only the garden, but also growing luxurious roses.
TV presenter's theater terrace
Next to the kitchen window, it was decided to build a spacious 4 × 5 m terrace in the Chekhov style with oriental motives.
Construction stages
The terrace was built from pine beams, pre-impregnated with fire and biological protection. The tree was painted with white translucent paint, through which the texture of pine is clearly visible. The timber on the floor was covered with an additional layer of protective impregnation.
Bed on the floor terrace board with a ribbed larch surface, it is resistant to temperature extremes and humidity. A lattice made of timber with a section of 50 × 50 mm was installed on the roof and polycarbonate with excellent light transmission was laid.
Furnishing and decoration of the terrace
Huge purple decorative balls with energy-saving lighting were fixed along the perimeter of the terrace. Petunia stands were hung from the outside. A forged lamp with candle lamps was installed on the ceiling. The outer wall of the terrace was decorated with similar elements.
Next to the terrace, a platform was laid out of paving stones for B-B-Q and installed 6 glass blocks with photocells in the cover, which are charged in the sun and give a bluish light in the evening.
A bright multi-colored tulle from organza and beautifully picked it up at the bottom with bows. Several forged cabinets with glass facades were placed along the wall, on the shelves of which tea sets, dishes and unusual figures were placed.
In the recreation area, benches with a width of 80 cm were installed, the seat and backs were covered with small bright mattresses with removable covers. Next to them was a snow-white round table 160 cm in diameter made of pine and comfortable wicker chairs.
Italian patio near the bathhouse
A small bathhouse with a recreation area was once built on the site, where all family celebrations were celebrated. Now the courtyard has fallen into disrepair and turned into a warehouse of forgotten things. His famous TV presenter also asked to be repaired and restored to functionality.
Stages of restoration
The walls of the bathhouse are sheathed with wood; in the past they were painted in Gzhel style. Over time, almost nothing remained of the paint, the boards dried up, and cracks appeared in some places. There was no point in repainting, so the craftsmen decided to simply sheathe the bath with siding.
As conceived by the designers, Tatiana Sudets' backyard should have a sunny patio with a cozy seating area, a new pergola and storage space for bicycles.
An aluminum frame was installed along the perimeter of the bath and sewn up with vinyl siding light shade. The ornate visors over the front door were restored, and the paneling was fixed and painted bright blue. We chose olive and white English paint for the canopy. The new roof was covered with corrugated board.
The concrete floor cracked over time, it was also decided to restore it. The porch steps were faced with thick Spanish terracotta tiles. It is baked at a temperature of +1,000 ° C and has increased resistance to weather conditions and mechanical stress. The sides of the stairs were decorated with handmade glazed tiles.
Decorative finishing and furnishing of the recreation area
On the walls of the bath, pots with bright ampel petunias were fixed, which immediately created incredible coziness. Floor pots with an aged surface were installed around the perimeter. They were planted with low thujas, hydrangeas and colorful geraniums. Thanks to this, the patio immediately became like an Italian courtyard.
Instead of the old carpet, a light synthetic mat was laid on the concrete floor, the thread of which does not fade in the sun. The coating is resistant to all weather conditions. Pine mulch with the smell of resin was laid on the ground under the plants, as well as around the perimeter of the playground, it perfectly protects against weeds and gives a finished look to decorative areas.
Artificial rattan furniture was placed in the recreation area. It does not fade in the sun and can stand outdoors all year round. An outdoor gas heater was installed on the site, its impact area is about 25 m2. Thanks to the castors, the device can be easily moved to any place. The outer cover is made of steel, which does not heat up, so it is impossible to get burned when touched.
Since Tatyana Sudets is an inveterate bathhouse attendant, it was decided for her to put a bath tub with a stove under the base in an open area - a kind of resort at home. You can bathe in it all year round. Since it is located at a certain height, for ease of use, a wooden staircase with railings was installed and lighting was brought up.
Playground for grandchildren
For the grandchildren of Tatiana Sudets, a new playground was made from Arkhangelsk pine, treated with a special impregnation. A tower with a balcony and a staircase, a climbing wall, a rope net and a sandpit were built on it. The boards are carefully sanded with rounded ends for safety. The area around the playing area was laid out with rubberized tiles made of special granules that allow water to pass through.
Summary
The designers helped to equip several cozy and functional areas at the dacha of Tatiana Sudets, thanks to which the dacha was completely transformed. The TV presenter liked such a gift, because she spends almost all the time outside the city and appreciates comfort and coziness very much.
