How to change an apartment for a house
Once Anton Bogdanov was visiting his friend and shared his dream of buying real estate. Luckily, the neighbors had just put their house up for sale, as they were expecting a replenishment and planned to move to Moscow. The price for the cottage was low, which bribed the artist, although for this he had to give up all his savings and sell an apartment in Perm.
So Anton Bogdanov became the owner of a small two-story cottage with an attic, located just 7 kilometers from the ring road along Pyatnitskoe highway. The artist admitted that he immediately fell in love with the color of the house - the building was painted scarlet. True, the repairs had to be done after the move.
Planning and stages of repair
Despite the fact that Anton was impressed by the color, he decided to completely repaint the mansion, paneled with wood, and chose for this a light gray palette combined with white. The crown of the house was decorated with a rooster, which, according to popular belief, should bring happiness and good luck, and also protect the building from fires.
In total, there are seven living rooms in the house, in which they equipped:
- living room;
- 4 bedrooms;
- kitchen;
- cabinet;
- dressing room;
- children's room;
- 2 bathrooms.
Anton used mainly natural materials to decorate the interior.
Spacious living-dining room
One of the most spacious rooms on the ground floor was allocated for the living room. The walls and ceiling were painted with snow-white paint, on the floor laid the parquet board light walnut color. They put in the recreation area stylish corner sofa with black fabric upholstery and spectacular decorative pillows.
A comfortable snow-white armchair was placed in front of the sofa for the owner of the house. Anton Bogdanov is a passionate hockey lover, this is noticeable in his hockey uniform, which has taken its rightful place on the wall. The artist's main pride is a sweater with his favorite number 59.
Anton completely sewn up one wall with clapboard and painted it with varnish. The material matches perfectly with solid wood door leaves and wall lamps with matte peach shades. Here, near the window, a small dining area was organized with a dining table and wooden chairs with high backs.
Cozy kitchenette
The kitchen was set up in a small room. Over time, Anton plans to attach a part of the veranda to the house and expand the area of the premises at its expense. Since there are two windows in the room, the upper cabinets had to be abandoned, but it was possible to install corner setmade of solid wood.
The walls were finished with traditional clapboard and painted in a delicate light yellow shade. A glass-ceramic gas hob and a stainless steel inset sink were installed on a natural stone countertop. The chimney of the domed hood is hidden behind a matte stretch ceiling.
Bedroom of Anton Bogdanov
Anton's bedroom is located on the second floor. For the walls, the artist chose a gentle peach paint, laid a natural light beige carpet on the floor. The bed and chest of drawers are made of solid wood and covered with matte varnish.
Children's room
The nursery is decorated with restraint, like the rest of the rooms in the house. The walls are glued wallpaper: for the lower part, a wide strip was chosen, for the upper part, a canvas with a floral print in light beige. All furniture is made of solid wood and varnished. For more comfort, a light carpet was placed on the floor.

Restroom
Anton and his son occupied one of the bedrooms for relaxation and joint games. In addition, a memorable corner was made here, in which the awards of the grandfather, the hero of the Great Patriotic War, were placed. Thus, the artist teaches his son to honor the memory of his ancestor who fought.
Despite the fact that there is no mistress in the house, the rooms are always cozy and in perfect order. Anton Bogdanov prepares his son's clothes in advance so as not to waste time looking for things in the morning. Each set hangs on a separate hanger with the signature of the day of the week in English.

Backyard territory
The plot in front of the house is quite large. Anton divided it into two parts, in one he made a real vegetable garden with beds and greenhouses, in which he independently grows not only greens, but also vegetables.

The second part of the garden plot is equipped for recreation. The doors of the bachelor's mansion are always open to guests. Anton built with his own hands a small terrace under a canopy next to the pool and laid out a stove. Now friends can gather in any weather. In his free time, the artist constantly makes something and finishes repairs inside the house.
