Apartment in a premium class complex in Moscow
In 2014, Dmitry Kiselev purchased spacious apartments in the Legend of Tsvetnoy premium-class residential complex located at 2-16 Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The total area of ββthe apartment is 204 sq. m. According to the TV presenter, he had to get a loan from the bank, since his own funds were not enough. After a couple of years, the loan was fully repaid.

The Legend of Tsvetnoy is a car-free territory. There is a three-level underground parking for personal transport, two parking spaces are provided for each apartment. The entrance to the business center is separate from the residential complex, which can only be accessed by prior agreement with the owners of the apartments.

Luxury villa in Koktebel
Back in 2000, Dmitry Kiselev began to visit Crimea more often and even looked out for a plot for building a house. Local residents know him as a sponsor: the TV presenter provided charitable assistance to secondary educational institutions of Feodosia and the region. According to the journalist, this is a significant place for him, since it was in Koktebel that he met his wife.

Difficulties of construction
A couple of years later, the opportunity came up to rent a small plot of land with an area of ββ4 acres. The TV journalist was attracted by the location of the site and the stunning view of the Black Sea coast. The territory was not in demand among the local population, since landslides occurred in this place almost every year.

At first, the construction of a house in a dangerous place was banned, but a few years later, permission was obtained from the authorities with the proviso of the need to carry out anti-landslide measures. The TV presenter actively set to work. To implement all the plans, I had to take out a loan secured by the capital's real estate.
The location was rather inconvenient, and the only project that would fit into the slope did not involve a backyard area. The builders removed more than 100 mΒ³ of land and installed piles. This is how a luxurious villa with an area of ββabout 300 sq. m., called Cock t'est belle. From its windows, wonderful views of the Black Sea open, as well as Cape Chameleon and the nearest village are clearly visible.

Layout and design of a luxury villa
The house was built in two stages. First, the project was approved and a two-story mansion with an area of ββ200 sq. m. One block in the form of a captain's bridge was slightly pushed forward. This became the basis of the structure, in which a living room was equipped, combined with a dining area and a kitchen, as well as a personal bedroom and several guest rooms. The first part was completed in 2009.
After the birth of the children, it was decided to expand the territory. The only way out to implement the project is the extension of the lower level with an area of ββabout 100 sq. m. Each symmetrical side wing has a separate living room, combined with a dining area and kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a bathroom and children's rooms.
The three-storey villa has a U-shaped configuration and is equipped with an elevator for convenience. In addition to guest rooms and bedrooms, it was equipped with 5 bathrooms and a pool filled with sea water. The TV presenter was not at all upset by the lack of a free backyard territory, for him the main thing is a panoramic view. Moreover, the mansion was planned exclusively for recreation.

Stylish kitchen-living room interior
The kitchen was combined with the living room, zoning was performed using various finishing materials and a bar counter. Large tiles were laid on the floor, the surface of which imitates concrete. The apron was lined with small chocolate-colored square tiles, effectively highlighting the borders with a white fugue.
U-shaped headset sand-colored made of MDF, a dark artificial stone countertop was selected for it. For a large family, they decided to install a professional gas stove with an electric oven. They fixed over her domed stainless steel hood.
The free wing acts as a dining table. High-strength glass on chrome-plated posts was installed on its surface. Nearby were bar stools upholstered in orange-colored genuine leather.

The living room is decorated in the form of a cozy boudoir, the central place in which is a snow-white grand piano. The walls are painted with light paint, on the floor laid the parquet board. The seating area in the living room is highlighted by large semi-columns installed on a low opening.

Outdoor recreation area
The villa is perfectly visible only from the sea, and from the coast, curious neighbors can only see the lower tier. The local area has several recreation areas with sun loungers and a pool with sea water. The utility block is located behind the red door, which was specially made for this project at the shipyard.

Externally, the villa resembles a ship due to the upper entrance block in the form of a captain's cabin and porthole windows in some sections of the house. On the second floor there is a sauna with a spacious relaxation area. Panoramic glazing allows you to admire the magnificent views, as well as watch the rest by the pool.

Conclusion
Dmitry Kiselyov was absolutely satisfied with the result of the long construction. He jokingly calls his villa a hooligan dream, since, on the one hand, cheap materials were chosen for it, and on the other, the cost of the Crimean dacha turned out to be much higher than planned.
