- 1 chicken egg.
Preparation:
- Cut the sausage and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
- Add 100 g of grated cheese.

- Remove the crust from the toast slices. We cut it off in a circle.
- Lightly roll each piece with a rolling pin, grease the edges with an egg.
- Distribute the filling on one corner so that you can glue the bread with a triangle.
- We fasten the edges with a fork.
- Place the envelopes on a baking sheet, grease with each egg and the rest (50 g) of grated cheese.
- Envelopes are baked within 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

- 6 slices of a loaf (you can stale);
- 100 g of cheese;
- 1 medium raw potato tuber;

Cooking progress:
