You will need:
- champignons ー 300 g;
- shrimp ー 400 g;
- apples ー 2 pcs. (medium size);
- onions ー 1 pc. (large onion);
- pickled cucumbers ー 4 pcs. (small);
- lettuce leaves ー 1/2 medium bunch;
- mayonnaise ー 200 g;
- lemon ー 0.5 pcs.;
- mustard - 2 tsp;
- olives ー 1 can;
- parsley and herbs for decoration;
- vegetable oil.
First, prepare the main ingredients: champignons and shrimps. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in oil. Cook the shrimps for 5-7 minutes, adding salt. Let cool and peel the shrimp.
Chop onions, cucumbers, olives and apples. Secret: Sprinkle apples with lemon juice, then they will not darken in the salad.
Prepare a dressing: mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, spices. Stir the ingredients and season the salad.

- vegetable oil for frying;
- butter;
- salt and spices (pepper, Provencal herbs);
- pear ー 1 pc.;
- water ー 50 ml.
Cut the onion into small pieces and lightly fry in a pan, add the washed liver, chopped in random pieces. Fry until light crust. Add salt and spices, peeled and chopped pear, add water and bring to a boil.
Then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 more minutes. If the liquid evaporates quickly, more can be added. Grind the dish in a blender. Add the butter and beat the pate again. Store in the refrigerator.
Puff Onion Pie
It is prepared very quickly and from frozen dough.
You will need:
- puff pastry - 1 package (700-900) g;
- onions - 3 pcs.;
- spices: thyme, ground pepper, salt;
- sour cream - 250 ml;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Roll out the dough, cut about a quarter. Place the rest into the form.
Chop the onion and fry, add spices, thyme and salt. Place it on the dough. Pour the sour cream mixed with eggs into the mold, a few tablespoons of the mixture should be left. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pie.

Place the pork chops on a greased baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 7 minutes. Top with mushrooms, onions and carrots. Drizzle over the mustard sour cream sauce and bake at the same temperature for about 5 minutes.
