Experts noted that there are completely inexpensive offers, equal to the cost of renting an ordinary Moscow 1-bedroom apartment. For example, in some districts of the Moscow region, renting a comfortable house can be 30-35 thousand rubles a month.
In the top five most inexpensive offers - a cottage in the organized cottage village "Emerald Valley" (Moscow region, Noginsky district, 50 km from MKAD) for 60 thousand. rub. per month. The fourth place in the ranking is occupied by a three-storey house with an area of 120 sq. m in the village of Mendeleevo (Moscow region, Solnechnogorsk district, 29 km from the Moscow Ring Road) worth 45 thousand. rub. per month. In third place is a two-storey guest house with an area of 50 sq. m for 40 thousand. rub. in the village of Bykovo (Moscow region, Ramenskiy district, 18 km from the Moscow Ring Road). It is located on a plot of 13 acres together with the owner's house.
The most budgetary offer for renting a country house in Moscow and the region is a one-story house with an area of 45 sq. m in New Moscow in the SNT "Cruise" just 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
