Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree according to which construction and repair work in Moscow and the Moscow region will be completely stopped. At the moment, we are talking about the suspension of activities from 13 to 19 April inclusive. According to the decree of the mayor, posted on the official website of the Moscow government, it is prohibited to carry out repair and construction work for of all enterprises (45 positions in total) related to the construction and maintenance of organizations engaged in repair work on objects.
The restriction does not apply to employees and companies serving medical institutions and organizations, land, railway and airport facilities. Similar strict restrictions are being introduced in the Moscow region. The Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov appealed to the residents of the region with a request to suspend the activities of construction organizations. On his Instagram, he wished all Russians health and recalled the most important thing: “Our task is to prevent medicine from drowning in difficult diagnoses. For this quarantine, "- said Vorobyov. Violators will be sanctioned on the basis of amendments to the Administrative Code and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
