The capital's MFCs begin their work for citizens who make out deals with housing. Social service offices will open on May 25th. While they will be able to receive documents that are not available in electronic form. This was announced by the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin.
For the time being, about 30 services will be available to Muscovites, about 150 more types of services can be obtained in a combined form - when you still need to come to the centers of state services for documents. In addition to carrying out transactions for the purchase and sale of housing, in the MFC you can get various documents that are necessary for registration of a mortgage, registration of real estate, registration of redevelopment and many others. Among them are such documents and services as:
- copies of title documents;
- information and documents on housing rights registered before January 31, 1998;
- transfer of residential (non-residential) premises to non-residential (residential) premises;
- coordination of a land plot plan for the boundaries of a land plot;
- obtaining clarifications related to the determination of the cadastral value of real estate objects, as well as submitting a document to challenge their value or correct errors;
- privatization and deprivatization of housing;
- obtaining housing registration documents;
- registration of documents of the BTI;
- other documents.
However, you can visit the MFC only by appointment on the mos.ru website. This is done in order to avoid unnecessary contact with visitors and the spread of coronavirus infection.
All the conditions for safe work will be created in the units that open after quarantine. Employees will wear masks or respirators and gloves. At the entrance to the building, the temperature will be checked in a non-contact way. The premises will be marked to maintain social distance, protective glasses will be installed between employees and visitors, and they will also be disinfected.
