Today, in the third final reading, amendments were made to the JC. In the terminology of the law, such a concept as online meetings is introduced. It will be possible to conduct them remotely using the state information system of housing and communal services (GIS Housing and Utilities), which has long been familiar to those who are engaged in the field of housing and communal services.
At the same time, the amendments to the Housing Code stipulate that the first general meeting in the form of absentee voting using the GIS Housing and Utilities can be held in the event that the administrator of the meeting received more than 50% of refusals from the total number of owners to participate in meeting.
According to the norms of the LCD, general meetings of residents should be held by the end of June, but due to the difficult sanitary epidemiological situation, it was decided to postpone the dates until January 1, 2021. The document provides that in apartment buildings, commissioned under the renovation program in Moscow, will work the management organization appointed by the mayor of the capital until the owners choose the method of management on their common meetings.
