The rate is 6.5 percent per annum for the entire term of the loan.
The Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction will be capitalized in the amount of 30 billion rubles. The funds will be used to restore the rights of equity holders. "DOM.RF" will receive a state guarantee of 50 billion rubles to ensure the attraction of borrowed funds and the purchase of standard housing from developers with a view to its subsequent sale.
In addition, as part of a package of measures, Vladimir Putin ordered to increase the maximum amount for capital construction to 50 percent. It concerns the already signed contracts. Construction should be carried out taking into account the recommendations to reduce the risks of the spread of COVID-2019, including rapid testing.
