The Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, in his Instagram urged development companies in the Moscow Region to be ready to resume construction work.
“Our goal is to develop a uniform, convenient, safe regulation. We will introduce it early next week. On the one hand, it is necessary - not to put people at risk. On the other hand, to make sure that construction continues. We will open the construction site as soon as possible. Development companies should be ready for this, ”said Vorobyov.
It is known that the rate on mortgage housing has been significantly reduced in the region. In total, six out of 10 apartments in new buildings are bought on mortgages in the Moscow region. In addition, preferential programs will remain, which can also be used when purchasing an apartment. This type of preferential mortgage includes programs for state employees, as well as a family mortgage, which involves a 3% reduction in the base rate for those who have their first child this year.
“A separate program for defrauded equity holders. There, too, very important decisions have been made on the additional capitalization of the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Shareholders. This will allow us to complete the long-term construction on the schedule that was planned, ”added the governor.
