  • 100 peasant butter (or butter margarine);
  • 1 tbsp. l of vegetable oil;
  • 450-500 g flour;
  • 2 g salt;
  • vanillin - optional.

Preparation:

  1. It is necessary to make a dough: yeast and flour are dissolved in warm milk with a spoonful of sugar. Everything is mixed and left until the dough rises.
  2. Combine soft butter (margarine) with eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. Dough, vanillin is poured into the resulting mixture, salted.
  4. Winnow the flour and knead the mass.
  5. Put it on the table and knead for another 3-4 minutes on the table, greasing your hands with vegetable oil.
  6. Leave for proofing for an hour and a half.

  • 200 g of water (warm);
  • 400 g flour;
  • 1 hour l. dry yeast;
  • 1 hour l. Sahara;
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 2 g of salt.

First, you should dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, add 4 tablespoons of flour and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes. Then the remaining ingredients are added to the dough: salt, vegetable oil, flour and elastic dough is kneaded. Let it rise (40-60 minutes).
