Information on the consideration of claims and appeals related to the posting of content on the website HouseChief.ru
The information resource HouseChief.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is the NETBRO.MEDIA project and is publicly available to users and carries out its activities in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
All copyrights to the photographs published on the HouseChief.ru website belong to their legal owners. Some of the published photographs are taken from open sources and are used for informational, non-commercial purposes. NETBRO.MEDIA respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. NETBRO.MEDIA may, in certain circumstances and at its sole discretion, restrict access to users, subscribers and account holders who infringe on the copyrights of others.
If you believe that your work was copied and made available on any NETBRO.MEDIA site in a manner that indicates a violation copyright, or the site contains links to another site that contains material that infringes your copyright, please contact NETBRO.MEDIA. The procedure for considering appeals from authorized state bodies related to posting content on the Site
If any information and / or materials posted on the Site contradicts the current legislation of the Russian Federation (in in particular, the requirements of the Federal Law "On Countering Extremist Activity", the Federal Law "On the Protection of Children from Information, causing harm to their health and development ") The owner strongly recommends to the authorized state bodies to report such violations on e-mail [email protected] indicating:
- Links to information contrary to the law;
- Normative legal act, which contradicts the specified information;
- Information about the representative of the authorized state body and contact details of such a representative.
NETBRO.MEDIA undertakes to respond to such a message as soon as possible and, if possible, remove the conflicting information, or contact a representative of the authorized state body in order to determine the procedure action.
The procedure for considering claims of copyright holders related to the posting of content on the Site
If any information and / or materials posted on the Site violates the rights of a third party to results of intellectual activity, such a person (rightholder) has the right to report such violations on e-mail

- about the copyright holder;
- about the violated rights of the copyright holder;
- on the existence and grounds for the occurrence of these rights by the rightholder;
- about content that violates the rights of the copyright holder (indicating the name of the content, the type of result of intellectual activity, which is the content, and its location on the Site);
- about the contact phone number and e-mail address of the copyright holder.
If the copyright holder's message meets the above requirements, the Owner undertakes to consider message within 10 (ten) business days and, if possible, delete information that violates the rights copyright holder.
