Table from pallets - order of work

If you have modest carpentry skills, it is better to make a simpler thing( for example, a coffee table).

For work you will need:

• Screwdriver.
• Hammer.
• Drill.
• Gvozdoder.
• Screw set.
• Adhesive for wood.
• Varnish, primer, a set of brushes for their application.
• Pencil.
• Wheels.

The algorithm of action is as follows:

1. Clean and grind the pallet boards. It is good to use a special drill for grinding.
2. Using a hammer with a hammer, disassemble the pallet. Remove the nails so that they do not damage the boards.
3. Fold the boards together so that they form a table top. Gently glue them together and secure the opposite side with two boards.
4. When the glue dries, fill the boards from the back side so that you can attach the wheels and equip the shelf for storing books and press.
5. Prime the countertop. After the primer has completely dried, coat with varnish.
6. Use the pencil to mark the points where you will screw the wheels.
7. Drill the holes for the screws, then secure the wheels.

Pallet chair - order of execution

1. Cut the boardwalk into 2 halves along the board, located in the center. Each of the resulting halves cut in half. Two of the four parts are the armrests of the future chair.
2. Using sandpaper or a special drill bit, grind the prepared pallets.
3. Select the box that will serve as the backrest. Trim it so that you can attach it at an angle. Connect the base, backrest and armrests. Use for fastening nails and screws - so the design will be durable.
4. Prime the finished product, then cover it with a varnish.

After you have mastered the basics of furniture production, you can proceed to the manufacture of beds and sofas.
