How the work is done:

1. A board with a width of at least 9 cm, using glue and screws, is assembled into a frame into which a mirror will eventually be placed.
2. Using a chair, the planks at the ends are sawed at an angle of 45 degrees.
3. Metal corners are used to further strengthen the joints.

Important! The mirror should fit freely in the frame, there should be a place along the edges in which the lamps will later be located.

1. In the sides of the frame drill holes, equal in size to the cartridges.
2. Cartridges need to be glued with glue.
3. Using thin rails, we glue another frame, with which then the wires on the front side of the product will be closed and the mirror will be fixed.

How to make a mirror glass?

Few people know that it is possible to produce an independent mirror glass. To do this:

1. Choose a smooth glass, cut it to the desired shape.
2. The glass is cleaned and degreased with a 15% solution of caustic potassium.
3. It must be lowered into a container filled with warm distilled water.
4. To prepare the solution mix distilled water - 30 grams, and nitrogen silver - 1.6 grams.
5. Add 25% ammonia solution to the solution. You need to do this by drop. Ammonia is stopped after the precipitate disappears.
6. Add 100 ml of distilled water.
7. To the solution, pour in 40% formalin, 5 ml.
8. We move the glass into a clean container, where we fill the chemical solution.
9. The reaction will last about two minutes.
10. The received mirror should be washed in distilled water.
11. Then it must be dried in an upright position at a temperature of 100-150 degrees.
12. On the dried mirror is applied a varnish.
