Life in a Moscow apartment
Before moving to Sochi, Nikolai Dolzhansky lived in Moscow and was not going to change his place of residence. His wife, Katya Bogdanova, lived in the apartment with him. However, there was a discord in the family, and the pregnant Katya left for another. This was a big blow for Nikolai, however, he was ready to forgive his unfaithful wife and continue to build a family, but the couple still broke up. After that, the artist did not want to stay in Moscow for a long time and began to look for apartments on the sea coast.
The Moscow apartment was furnished simply but comfortably. This is a classic urban version - the same as many Russians, without gilding and a bunch of mirrors with columns. Despite his above-average income, Nikolay does not aspire to live in luxury and prefers simple, classic interiors.
Despite this simplicity, the house had everything you need for life. In the kitchen, Nikolay has placed modern appliances, which are enough to cook food every day. There was also a microwave, refrigerator, stove, as well as various kitchen utensils. In the decoration, too, you can not find frills - classic shades are chosen: beige, brown.
Apartment renovation in Sochi
Like Moscow, the Sochi apartment is decorated very simply, in a classic style. You cannot find luxury items in the interiors: expensive antiques, paintings by contemporary artists and designer decor items from fashion showrooms. Despite this, the furniture in the house is not the cheapest - Nikolai tried to create comfort and coziness for himself.
The bedroom is the main room in the house, in which Nikolai spends a lot of time, relaxing after work and filming in various programs. A framed photograph hangs on the wall, matching the colors of the furniture and the overall interior design. The walls are decorated with classic wallpaper with floral patterns. This is not the most stylish and modern solution in interior design, however, due to the choice of light shades, there is no conflict with the furniture and the surrounding space.
Nikolai chose a set of furniture - a wardrobe and a bed in black and white with a glossy surface. The set looks elegant and stylish, decorating the room.
The artist and former participant of Doma-2 did not receive his funds in the easiest way, because participation in television projects becomes a real test for many. Not everyone is ready to turn their soul out for the sake of fame and money, but Nikolai had nothing to lose, and he decided to take his place under the sun.
Although Nikolay had to go into debt to buy a house, the amount received on loan can be called extremely small and completely incomparable with mortgage payments. The ex-participant of the TV show quickly resolved the housing issue and created suitable conditions for life and recreation.
