Anna Sedokova was able to purchase her first own apartment in Moscow only many years after the start of her career, in 2019. The singer shared her joy with fans on social networks by posting a photo of an empty room in which repairs were just beginning. She talked about all the stages, from buying an apartment to choosing furniture, on her blog.

Despite the singer's high income, she had to get a mortgage to buy an apartment. In addition, the repair took a lot of time: all the New Year holidays, Anna went to hardware stores, choosing tiles, wallpaper and furniture. Anna came up with the design herself. She told in a blog that she always knew how she wants to see her own nest, and now she has just begun to bring all the ideas to life.

Despite the fact that Anna already knew how she wanted to see her home, she entrusted some design elements to professionals so as not to be mistaken. The layout of the new apartment had to be thought out from scratch, since the option proposed by the developer turned out to be not very convenient for a comfortable life. A few months later, after the walls, floor and ceiling were finished, the singer happily set about choosing furniture and a kitchen set, consulting with her Instagram followers.

The apartment is located in the very center of Moscow - you can pay dearly for such a location. It is convenient for the artist herself to get to any studio in the city to record tracks, and her children can visit educational institutions without standing in big traffic jams for hours.

Apartment from ex-spouse and litigation

To obtain the right to live in a Kyiv apartment, Anna had to attend several court hearings and spend a lot of time proving her right to real estate. The apartment went to Anna Sedokova and her daughter after a divorce from Valentin Belkevich. New wife Valentina also wanted to take over her share, but in the end, Anna won the case.

Rent luxury apartments in Los Angeles

In recent years, Anna practically does not spend time in Russia, staying in Los Angeles, where she rents luxurious apartments. In addition, there is a good reason for living in the States: only while in America, the singer can see her daughter from her first marriage, Monica, who, by a court decision, remained to live with her father. It was important for Anna to choose a place that would suit her status and be a good place to meet her daughter.

When choosing an apartment in California, Anna thought about her daughters. She wanted the girls to be able to live in good conditions and not need anything. So the choice fell on the elite area of ​​Los Angeles, in which there are no dangerous neighborhoods.
