First of all, you need to saw off the boards of the desired length using a saw Bosch from the Nanoblade series, these saws provide easy, vibration-free cutting and are maintenance-free. To do this, we need a sufficient amount of lumber 100 mm wide and 24 mm thick. All required parts are listed in the list above. Sand the edges and surfaces of the boards thoroughly.

What is needed: folding rule, pencil, wooden board 700 x 750 x 4–6 mm, wooden board (at least 700 mm long).

First, let's take care of the legs - for this we cut out the template so that both parts are exactly the same.

You can do it using a regular board. All the required dimensions are on the diagram, which can be downloaded. by this link. The boards left after sawing will help to transfer the scheme.

What is needed: cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, adhesive tape, clamps, 4 wooden boards (760 mm each), screws 4 × 45, template made in step 2.

Arrange the boards from step # 1 in the desired order using the template from step # 2.

Drill holes in the four overlapping corners with a drill Bosch AdvancedDrill 18. Intuitive mode selection and automatic gear shifting make your work easier and faster.

What is needed: saw, clamps.

Using the NanoBlade saw, saw off the protruding ends of the boards. You can additionally grind the edges with a sander, for example Bosch AdvancedOrbit 18. Electronic speed presetting will provide the ideal speed for the task and material.

We will repeat this operation in the next few steps.

What is needed: saw, cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, clamps, 2 wooden boards (760 mm each), screws 4 × 45.

We turn over the side panel, place two more boards of the required length in the upper and lower parts, drill holes and fasten the entire structure together.

We saw off the protruding ends and process them with a grinder.

Now just repeat the last three steps (# 3 through # 5) to make the second leg in the same way.

What is needed: saw, cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, clamps, wooden boards 660, 600 and 100 mm, template made in step 2, screws 4 × 45.

Now we collect two sides of the future bench. The template made in step # 2 will help us with this again. We place the boards, making sure that the overlapping ends are at the correct angles. We drill the rough holes, fasten the boards with screws, trim the ends and grind in the same way as we did before.

We completely repeat the whole process, not forgetting that the second sidewall is a mirror image of the first!

What is needed: grinder, G 80 sandpaper, clamps.

After assembling the sidewalls, we will again grind the ends of the sidewalls and supports assembled earlier to give the bench a neat appearance.

What is needed: cordless drill, wood drill bit 10 mm, template made in step 2.

Take the template from step # 2 again. Put the future leg in the right place, and on it - the pre-assembled sidewall.

Drill screw holes in the center of each of the three overlapping points. This time, you need to drill through all the boards.

Repeat this step with the second sidewall and remember that it must be a mirror image of the first!

What is needed: NanoBlade saw, cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, clamps, two wooden boards 190 mm and one 600 mm, template made in step 2, screws 4 × 45.

We put together three wooden boards of different lengths. You can also use the template for the center piece.

To make the bench seat stable, we will strengthen it with a small brace. We assemble the brace according to the pattern of two short boards and one long one, drill holes, fasten them with screws and cut off the excess ends with a saw.

What is needed: cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, clamps, wooden board 1420 mm, 2 sides, center support, screws 4 × 45.

We take a long board, two sides and a central support, put them together on a workbench and fix them with clamps. This is what the seat frame will look like.

We drill holes in the details and fasten them with screws.

What is needed: cordless drill with attachments, wood drill 3.5 mm, clamps, wooden board 1420 mm, wooden board 1420 mm minus the thickness of the board (in our case - 22 mm), screws 4 × 45.

Raise the previously assembled seat frame so that the back rests on the workbench. Attach two more planks to it to give stability.

Having placed all the boards in the desired position, we drill holes in them and fasten them together with screws.

What is needed: cordless drill with attachments, wood drill bit 3.5 mm, clamps, 5 wooden planks 1420 mm, screws 4 × 60.
