Apartment in Moscow for 21 million rubles
For a long time, the Chekalin family lived in a rented apartment, but in the end they managed to accumulate an impressive amount and acquire a dream home in a good area of Moscow. The total cost of the apartment is 21 million rubles. Valeria and her husband thought out almost the entire interior on their own, because they could not agree with the designer.
To get to the main rooms, you need to go through the hallway. This is a very bright, cozy room with expensive furniture. According to the owners of the apartment from the room tour, which they conducted on their YouTube channel, they made a big mistake with the tiles in the hallway - at first they wanted get the most simple and practical option, but fell for the persuasion of the builders and bought "exquisite" tiles with monograms that spoil the interior.
Another hallway feature is a giant mirror covering almost the entire wall. Lerchik is often going to the exit in the hallway, because the full-length image is very clearly visible in the mirror.
Unusual layout of children's rooms
There was a hitch with the design of the children's rooms due to the unusual layout. Valeria wanted each of her twin children to have their own large bedroom, but in fact it turned out that everything is not so simple. Because of the layout, the children's rooms had to be placed in an adjacent direction, so to get to the daughter's room, you need to go through the son's room and through the balcony.
Lerchik calls his daughter's room “the pink kingdom”. The girl wanted everything pink in her bedroom - the bed, walls, bedding and carpet.

Valeria believes that the bedroom is a resting place, so it does not need to be cluttered with furniture and other interior items. To decorate her bedroom, the blogger chose beautiful shades of brown and beige. The room has only a large bed, bedside tables and a small table with a chair for cosmetics.
There is a dressing room at the exit from the bedroom. At first glance, it may seem large, but Valeria regrets that she did not make this room several times more, because a huge number of things are nowhere to be stored.
The apartment has two bathrooms - one for Lera, the other for Artyom. Each owner arranged them to his liking. Lera chose rich turquoise bathroom cabinets and gray and white tiles.
Kitchen and living room
While decorating the living room, Valeria adhered to the principle “the simpler, the better”. The whole family often gathers in the living room. The only bright spot in this room is the deep blue sofa.
Lerchik calls his kitchen “the most Instagrammed one”. The kitchen has a lot of light and white furniture. However, to add color accents, red designer dining chairs were chosen.
Plot in an elite village
Despite the fact that Valeria already has a luxurious apartment for 21 million rubles, she always wanted to have her own big house, and not just anywhere, but in an expensive elite village. For a long time, there was not enough money to make this dream come true, but quite recently the couple still saved up money for a plot and is now drawing up a design project for the construction of a dream house.
As a place to live, not just some village was chosen, but the richest and coolest, where Russian pop stars and millionaires live - the village of Agalatov Estate.
The cost of the site was about 200 million rubles. Its area is 56 acres. The design of the future house is already ready, but Lerchik has not shown it yet and wants to keep it a secret until construction begins.
The search for a suitable place for the home continued for a very long time, the couple wanted to choose the best place for themselves. Artyom offered to choose an easier site, but Valeria said that she did not want to save money. And she was right. The village chosen for life is much steeper than many cities - fountains, swimming pools and golf courses, hotels, restaurants and shops are located on its territory. The settlement is planned in a few years, but for now Lerchik continues to equip his Moscow apartment and enjoy every day.
