Renting an apartment for a long time is too expensive, it is even more expensive to live with her family in hotels, so the singer decided to buy her own property. From the numerous options offered by the realtor, the artist chose an apartment in Upper Manhattan, located not far from Lincoln Square.
The apartment, located on the 32nd floor of a skyscraper, offers an incredible view of the city and the famous Hudson River. Thanks to the panoramic glazing of the spacious loggia, Anna Netrebko can admire the surrounding landscapes, regardless of the weather outside the window.
With the help of the bank, Anna immediately bought the neighboring apartment, which was also put up for sale. The singer took out a mortgage at low interest for a period of thirty years. As a result, she became the owner of spacious apartments in the center of New York with an area of 171 m2.
Unusual style of an American apartment
Anna combined both apartments and independently thought out an unusual interior design. The main highlight was the design of each room in a different shade range. The singer categorically does not accept white and chooses a contrasting palette for her mood.
For the spacious corridor, Anna chose a bright pink color, for the nursery - yellow, for the kitchen-dining room and bedroom - a complex lavender, for the hall - deep blue.
