Despite the fact that Viktor Saltykov has spacious apartments in the capital, he almost never stops there. More than ten years ago, the singer bought a small plot of land near Domodedovo in the village of Nikitskie Polyany and built an original family nest.

The elite village is located surrounded by a forest, just twenty kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The interior of the house is decorated in European style. In the central part, on the ground floor, a single space was arranged and the main functional areas were allocated: a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. In addition, in the bay window of the house, a luxurious winter Garden, in which, surrounded by well-groomed flowers, a snow-white grand piano was placed in beautiful flower pots.

Light marble with a glossy surface was laid on a warm water floor, the walls were painted in a dairy range. Installed on the ceiling drywall construction with spot illumination around the perimeter. In the basement, there is a real spa area with a sauna and a swimming pool. After the bath procedures, the singer loves to sit in the relaxation area with aromatic herbal teas. The pool is another pride of Viktor Saltykov. The walls and bowl of the room are lined with blue mosaics. The depth is quite enough for a comfortable pastime and water aerobics.

In the basement, the singer set up his own recording studio, equipped with the most modern professional instruments. Here the artist spends all his free time, and also writes new compositions, rehearsals and prepares for performances.
