Small metropolitan apartment of the artist
Victor Loginov bought an apartment in Moscow in his third marriage, it remained to the artist after the divorce. The apartments are located next to the Dynamo metro station. The spouses specially chose a place closer to the wife's parents, with whom the eldest son often stayed to stay.
Global redevelopment
Viktor Loginov's apartment is located in an old Stalinist building. High ceilings became a big advantage. However, there were several drawbacks, for example, a tiny kitchen with an area of 4 sq. m. The couple decided to make a radical redevelopment and turned to a friend-architect for help.
After competent redevelopment, the apartment turned out to be spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms with dressing rooms, a small hall with spacious wardrobes for storing seasonal items.
Interior design features
It took about nine months to draw up the project, agree on it, and repair it. In the process, Victor had to replace the finishing team, since the actor was dissatisfied with the work of the first masters. In the interior, minimalism was used as the basic style, which does not allow unnecessary decor.
A massive oak board covered with a protective varnish that does not overlap the beautiful natural pattern of the wood was laid on the warm floor throughout the apartment. The walls were painted in light colors.
Victor made the main emphasis on the multifunctionality of objects. For example, oven in the kitchen is combined with a microwave. The sofa in the living room is complemented by a mechanism transformations, thanks to which a full-fledged sleeping place appeared in the apartment in case friends who stayed too long decide to stay overnight.
Unusual country house of the actor
After moving to a new apartment, Viktor Loginov bought a villa in Bulgaria and built a small summer cottage. After the divorce, the property on the Black Sea coast went to his wife and children, and the actor became the full owner of a house in the Moscow region.
Sophisticated infrastructure of the village
For a long time, Victor looked after the land plots and opted for one of the most wonderful places in the Moscow region - the village of Velegozh Park Privolye. It is located just 100 kilometers from the capital, surrounded by a pine and birch forest on the banks of the Oka.
Everything in the village is ideally thought out to make residents feel comfortable. The territory is under round-the-clock security, wide streets are smoothly curving, thanks to this, neighboring houses are removed from each other and do not obstruct the magical view. All communications are conducted underground. Convenient paths for walking and recreation areas are paved in the forest-park strip.
On the territory of the village there are several ponds with landscaped banks for recreation and fishing. Crystal clear water flows from underground springs. A restaurant has been built for residents, an equestrian club operates, and a sports hall with tennis courts has been opened.
Victor Loginov bought 40 acres of land located near the forest. On a large territory, he built a house with an area of 180 sq. m, and also erected a bathhouse and equipped a comfortable place to relax with a stove and barbecue. The actor independently performed interior finishing work, his ex-wife helped to decorate the interior.
House layout and kitchen interior design
The house has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with great comfort. For the decoration of the walls and ceiling, we chose a lining, on warm floor polished oak planks were laid in the rooms and in the hall.
In the kitchen, the floor was tiled with gray tiles, imitating a concrete surface. There is also snow-white corner setmade from Chipboard and MDF. Cabinet doors are decorated with panels and stylish chrome-plated handles with ceramic décor. The quartz agglomerate worktop has an integrated sink and hob.
Unusual accents in the living-dining room
In the living room, Victor realized his old dream - a real wood burning fireplace in the snow-white portal. The floor around the hearth is paved with gray tiles. Opposite there is a cozy seating area with large corner sofa and TV.
The dining area is separated from the living room by massive pillared beams. There are wooden chairs with high backs near the windows. provence style and a small round table made of solid wood.

Viktor Loginov has always been an opponent of loans and mortgages, so he did not have his own home for a long time. The interiors of his apartment and summer house are decorated quite simply, but nevertheless they are beautiful and functional.
