Vasily Utkin acquired the country house on a mortgage back in 2008. He managed to repay the loan in full only after eleven years. Today the commentator jokes that the three-story mansion, of course, is too small for his build. The main highlight of the house is an amazing view of the picturesque nature from the third floor. One gets the impression that you can see how the Earth is rounded.
Viktor Gusev fell in love at first sight with a spacious mansion located an hour's drive from Moscow. The ex-commentator bought a bare box with absolutely nothing in it. He independently thought through the interior, selected finishing materials and original decor. Today he admits that this is not even a house, but a real estate, decorated with special warmth.
On the back of the estate, a huge terrace was built with a seating area and a small swimming pool. A modern bath complex was erected nearby. Lawn grass has been planted on the territory, Vasily Utkin takes care of it on his own. An insulated enclosure for a raccoon was built next to the house, in which the animal lives even in winter.
Brutal living room interior
They laid on the floor throughout the house oak parquet board. The walls were painted light paint. The main place in the living room is occupied by a modern stove-stove, which warms Vasily Utkin on lonely evenings.

Male den - bedroom
In the bedroom, the main place is occupied by a huge bed, set on massive legs. High headboard framed around the perimeter with a striking gold trim. Solid oval bedside tables painted black. Elegant lamps with matte white shades were placed on their countertops.
Study
The office is decorated in light beige colors. A beautiful translucent tulle in gray tones and monochrome curtains were hung on the windows. A huge round table, covered with a silk tablecloth, was placed in the center of the room, which serves as a workplace for Vasily Utkin.

Vasily Utkin arranged a rather comfortable and harmonious interior. In the design, the absence of a woman's hand is noticeable, but nevertheless, everything is stylishly and comfortably selected. In the house, the ex-commentator loves two rooms - a study and a kitchen, in which he comes up with unusual delights with great enthusiasm.
