Nastya's Kiev apartment
Nastya Kamenskikh lived in Kiev with her parents for a long time, until she saved up for her own housing. The singer acquired her first kopeck piece in a premium high-rise building on Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard.
Nastya took great pleasure in equipping her first nest and sharing her unique finds with subscribers on the social network. The apartment is decorated in a classic style with elements of provence, which gave the interior a feminine charm.
A snow-white was placed in the kitchen corner set from an array. The dark green artificial stone worktop matches perfectly with yellow tiles on the apron. Inside the top cabinets installed Neon lights, creating a special romantic atmosphere in the evening.
Apartments Potap
After a divorce from his first wife, Potap bought a small studio in Kiev on the eighth floor of the Emerald premium class complex. The windows of the apartment offer a stunning view of the forest park zone of the Solomensky district.
Soon after the acquisition of the odnushka, Potap's material capabilities allowed him to buy another apartment. Apartments were located not far from the Bessarabian market in a building built before the revolution.
Shortly after the purchase of a four-room apartment in a historic building, a major overhaul was carried out, the electrical wiring, sewerage and water supply were completely replaced, and the exterior of the building was renewed. An old dilapidated building has turned into an elite complex with 24-hour video surveillance and security.
Almost immediately after the second transaction, Potap looked at another apartment located in a nine-story building on Mazepa Street. In them he was bribed by the area - 113 m2. After signing the documents, designers were invited to decorate the apartment in a classic style. It was here that the couple lived on the eve of the wedding.
Family nest of spouses near Kiev
Three years ago, the star couple bought their first joint housing - a luxurious mansion in one of the premium-class villages in the suburbs of Kiev. The two-storey house of strict architecture in gray and white tones is built of raw bricks and looks impressive and monumental. In the backyard was open pool, the whole area is planted with lawn grass. The main highlight of the house is large panoramic windows.
Layout and design selection
For interior decoration Nastya chose modern minimalismthat perfectly matches the exterior of the house. They laid on warm floors parquet boardcoated with a protective matte varnish. The walls were painted in beige tones, in some rooms pasted wallpaper with a small geometric pattern.
Traditionally, the first floor was equipped with a living-dining room, a kitchen and a gym. A snow-white wooden staircase with steps leads to the second floor with private rooms wenge colors. In the lobby, solid wood panels decorated with linear moldings were used to decorate the walls in the lower part.
Elegant kitchen
In the spacious kitchen, a corner suite was installed in a soft olive shade with a wooden countertop and a high side cabinet. The couple decided to give up the upper cabinets. The patinated fronts are decorated with push-button knobs in bronze. Several lighting scenarios were thought out in the room: a central chandelier, spot lighting along the perimeter of the ceiling and additional lamps in the working area.
Elegant bathrooms
Bathrooms with toilets are equipped on each floor of the house. One room is decorated in snow-white coffee colors. Instead of a bowl, they put for glass partition multifunctional shower stall. Gilded plumbing fixtures add a touch of solemnity and luxury to the monochrome interior.
Gym equipment
The gym occupied an entire wing of the spacious house. It was equipped with modern exercise machines and equipment, thanks to which the newlyweds stay in great shape. In addition, Nastya Kamenskikh devotes several hours a day to yoga classes.
Registration of the local area
The plot is fenced on all sides with a wooden fence, along which tall thujas and ornamental shrubs grow. The whole area is planted lawn grass, which is looked after by Potap. A recreation area with a barbecue is arranged next to the pool.
