Since then, there have been many ups and downs, and each time the singer steadfastly withstood the blows of fate. After living for a long time in the Canary Islands and in Feodosia, she finally decided to return to Moscow and bought a small apartment in the capital. Features of the layout of the bedroom of Valentina Legkostupovoy
Several years ago, Valentina Legkostupova bought a small apartment on the outskirts of Moscow and made good repairs in it. However, the singer could not get used to the bedroom. In the room, on one side, a large box was erected under the ceiling, and on the other ̶ a partition was displaced inside the room, and not up to the ceiling. This was done by the previous owners in order to increase the area of the kitchen.
Another disadvantage of the bedroom is the narrow window and the first floor, as a result of which too little sunlight penetrated into the room. In addition, the dark classic solid wood furniture seemed very bulky for a small space.
Design ideas for redesigning a room
The designers decided to equip bedroom interior in eclectic style with dominant elements of the American direction. This design is characterized by several common features: plain walls, gray-blue smoky shades, moldings and false panels are used in the decoration.
Repair sequence
The old finish was completely dismantled, all wiring was replaced and the walls were leveled. The partition that protrudes from the kitchen was decorated with a dusty rose-colored fresco with birds of paradise. It is made on one canvas. The rest of the surfaces were decorated with polyurethane foam moldings and painted with noble English paint.
Laid on the floor engineering parquet board with external coating light oak. The brushed surface is protected with natural oils. An aluminum frame was installed on the ceiling, sewn up with plasterboard, plastered and painted in a snow-white color.
Bedroom furnishings
In the recreation area, a luxurious folding sofa in the style of American classics. It has strict and straight lines on the back, and the armrests follow the curve of the arm. Decorative pillows made of cotton fabric with satin stitch embroidery complemented with a twisted thread pattern. They perfectly accentuate the jacquard upholstery of furniture.
In the sleeping area, a strict and sophisticated four-poster bed was placed. Its soft rectangular back is decorated with perimeter stitching. Mattress ̶ based on a spring block in combination with a filler with a memory effect. Decorative pillows have collected all the shades of the interior and combined the design into a single composition.
An unusual chest of drawers upholstered in fabric was placed in the living area. This is a real work of art, decorated with metal casting. The boxes are covered with walnut veneer inside. The table top is decorated with a decorative figurine of a pug made of white porcelain. The coffee table near the sofa has become another expressive detail of the interior. Thin base bars harmoniously follow the contours of the transparent glass table top.
Spectacular decorative techniques
Opposite the sofa, a portal was built from MDF with modern fireplacemade using 3D technology. The hearth imitates a live fire with a characteristic crackling of logs. The height of the flame can be adjusted using the remote control.
The fireplace is additionally equipped with a humidification function, thanks to which a comfortable microclimate will always be maintained in the bedroom. A modern multifunctional air conditioner was installed to heat and cool the premises.
The mantelpiece is decorated with candles, flowers and a handmade photo frame. A modern TV set in a spectacular frame was hung over it. When turned off, the panel looks like a tinted mirror. The TV also combines the system smart home.
The room is illuminated by a chandelier from the neoclassical collection on a chrome-plated metal body. Matte lampshades create a cozy warm light. Everything sockets and switches ̶ from Germany with smoked glass frames. In the bedroom area, light and airy sconces made of metal and frosted glass were hung.
The upper niches in the wall were turned into additional cabinets and covered with laminated chipboard furniture facades with a mirrored panel. Practical bench-pouf with a folding seat, it can also be used for storing things. It is upholstered in velor and decorated with silver rivets.
Cream velvet was chosen as the basis for the curtains, the fabric is complemented by a blue edging on both sides. Above the window is decorated with a jacquard-type lambrequin on a rigid base with opposite folds. The canopy over the bed in the sleeping area was designed in the same way.
Summary
Valentina Legkostupova was delighted with the new bedroom interior. She did not expect that a small room could turn out to be a real luxury suite in a five-star hotel. Indeed, the room has become more functional and harmonious.
But in our opinion, there are several drawbacks in the bedroom. The first is that there is no dressing table, the designers put a small chest of drawers in its place. The second - the bed has become much smaller in size, it is unlikely that the spouses will be comfortable. But this is just our opinion.
