  3. Cut the loaf into cubes and fry in oil, transfer to a plate.

  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Cut cold boiled potatoes, carrots and sausage into medium cubes.
  2. Cut cucumbers into smaller cubes, squeeze slightly, combine with vegetables, add peas.
  3. Chop green onions, chop eggs, add everything to the rest of the mixture. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt, mix gently.
  4. Put sheets of pita bread on top of each other. Put the salad on the last one.
  5. Wrap the edges of the pita bread inward, then gently roll into a roll.
