Potato noodles

You will need:
- 4-5 potato tubers;
- 100 ml of cream of any fat content;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- pepper and salt to taste;
- dry mixture of herbs and vegetables.
Preparation:
- Remove long spirals from the peeled tubers with a peeler. You need to start from the top, and then gradually move down in a circle.
- Add pepper, seasoning of dry vegetables and herbs to a bowl with potatoes from the mill, add oil, salt and mix gently.
- Place the potato spirals in a layer of about 5-6 cm on the bottom of the baking dish, cover with a sheet of foil.
- Cook for a third of an hour at 180 degrees. Carefully remove the foil, pour cream over the entire volume, bake for another quarter of an hour until a straw-colored crust appears.
- Serve the dish hot, you can sprinkle it with cheese shavings.
Scrambled eggs through a sieve
You will need:
- 3 eggs;
- salt, seasonings - to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking;
- Break 3 eggs into a bowl, salt them, you can add dry adjika or other seasonings.
- Beat until smooth with a mixer.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve into a frying pan with heated oil. When the egg begins to set, lift the toasted layer several times with two chopsticks, as if "fluffing up" the mass.
Pilaf with cheese
Pilaf meat can be replaced. For example, dried fruits or cheese with vegetables.
You will need:
- a glass of rice;
- 150 g cauliflower;
- 2 onions;
- 100 g of Adyghe cheese;
- a couple of loaf slices;
- 3 tbsp. l. green peas;
- medium tomato;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 50 ml of milk;
- breadcrumbs (sprinkle the bottom of the mold);
- to taste turmeric and salt.
Preparation:
- Boil the washed rice until half cooked, dry it.
- Cut the top of the tomato slightly with a cross, pour over with boiling water, and then immediately with cold water. Remove the skin. Beat the tomato in a blender with sour cream until puree.
- Cut the loaf into cubes and fry in oil, transfer to a plate.
- In turn, fry thin onion half rings and small cauliflower inflorescences, and at the end - Adyghe cheese, cut into medium cubes.
- Combine all the fried ingredients in a frying pan, add the peas and pour the mixture of tomato and sour cream, mix everything carefully, heat for a couple of minutes.
- Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put half of the rice, and on it - the vegetable mixture, cover with the remaining rice.
- Mix the milk with the turmeric and gently pour over the rice, spreading the mixture evenly over the entire surface.
- Cover the mold with foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
- Serve the finished dish immediately.
Chicken and banana salad
You will need:
- 2 breast fillets;
- 100 g of cheese;
- large banana;
- apple (better Antonovka);
- 3-4 tbsp. l. light mayonnaise;
- salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Bring water to a boil, put chicken in a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes.
- Allow the meat to cool, cut and take apart into fibers.
- Peel the apple and grate finely, do the same with cheese.
- Cut the banana into slices.
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with a mixture of mayonnaise and black pepper. You can decorate the top of the dish with herbs.
Chicken fillet in carrot batter
Finished fillet is golden brown, with a spicy, slightly sweet taste.
You will need:
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- a couple of eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- 2 carrots;
- half bunches of dill and parsley;
- 3-4 tbsp. l. oils;
- spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Grate carrots finely, beat eggs into it, add flour, mix.
- Finely chop the greens, pour into the carrots. Salt and pepper the mass, add your favorite spices. Stir the batter well.
- Cut the fillet into large cubes, add salt and pepper, roll in flour, dip in batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry pieces of meat on both sides until tender.
- The chicken is best served hot with any sauce like homemade ketchup.
Greek pasta with kiwi
A recipe for those who follow their figure and adhere to proper nutrition. Whole wheat pasta is good for filling, and feta cheese contains fewer calories than hard cheese.
You will need:
- 150 g sun-dried tomatoes;
- 250 g of shell paste;
- 3 kiwi;
- small onion;
- 50 g feta cheese;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 l of vegetable broth;
- 3 tbsp. l. oils;
- half a bunch of parsley;
- a third of a chili pod;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Cook the "shells" almost until cooked, put them in a colander.
- Make balls from kiwi with a noisette or a coffee spoon.
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and chop the onion, fry in oil.
- Cut into slices of tomatoes and chili, crush the garlic with a press, mix with the onion. Pepper and salt the mass, pour over the vegetable broth, add a part of the feta cheese.
- Combine the "shells" with the spicy mixture, add the rest of the feta cheese, mix.
- Transfer the pasta to a salad bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, decorate with kiwi balls.
Olivier in pita bread
You will need:
- 300 g of "Doctor's" sausage,
- 3 long sheets of pita bread,
- 3 eggs,
- carrot,
- a couple of potato tubers,
- a couple of pickled cucumbers,
- a bunch of green onions,
- 150 g peas
- 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise,
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut cold boiled potatoes, carrots and sausage into medium cubes.
- Cut cucumbers into smaller cubes, squeeze slightly, combine with vegetables, add peas.
- Chop green onions, chop eggs, add everything to the rest of the mixture. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt, mix gently.
- Put sheets of pita bread on top of each other. Put the salad on the last one.
- Wrap the edges of the pita bread inward, then gently roll into a roll.
- Cut the dish into portions at least one and a half centimeters thick so that the filling does not fall out. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
