They understand that you have nowhere to go, and you agree to their terms. And here it is, the total cost of "pleasure" - from 10 to 15 thousand rubles. And this is without the cost of commissioning.
The warranty has been purchased, the customer service is happy, because they have not done anything yet, but have already received your money.
And what in return for your money?
And will they ever be worked out? You already understood that the cost of installation is not included in the service. Yes, the master will hang the boiler, connect communications to it, fill the system and poison the air. All this takes 3-4 hours and is really worth the money, because this is a real job that requires skills and specific knowledge. And they pay for this - on average, about 15 thousand rubles.
But then the boiler works. It just works, as promised by the manufacturers, conscientiously, stably and without breakdowns. Do you think warranty boilers often break down? Almost never! What can come out of the term before the warranty? Heat exchanger? Pump? Pay? And imagine that if for some reason you called a service engineer, then keep in mind that the service person will not initially be on your side. He is obliged to find the cause of the breakdown, and he will first of all look for your fault. And if he doesn’t find it, then at best he will clean the electrodes or replace the gasket. And the master will not repair anything, because this is already a violation of the warranty rules. And that's all - for 15 thousand?
Let's put the dots right away: warranty service implies the elimination of factory defects of the unit. This is extremely rare - and it's free. The service department is not your assistant in this. The service - the gas supplier annually voluntarily and compulsorily checks your units, takes money for this and is responsible for ensuring that everything is operational during the check. And it costs a little too much, but not 15 thousand. So what's the point of paying for this service?
