1. The user, accepting (accepting) this Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), gives his consent in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data") for the processing of their personal data (PD), namely: surname, first name, patronymic; email (email); phone numbers.
2. The operator for the processing of the User's personal data is the Administration of the information resource "TechnoPomoshch" (hereinafter - "Site Administration") located on the domain name tehnopomosh.com (hereinafter - "Resource").
3. processing of the above personal data will be carried out through mixed processing of personal data (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating), modification, use, distribution, including transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction or deletion).
4. The processing of personal data is carried out indefinitely.
5. Removal of personal data from the system at the request of the User is possible if this application is drawn up in in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" and sent from the User's email address to email address: [email protected], after receiving this application and considering it by the Site Administration within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the application by this authorized person. The user understands and agrees that by sending the Administration a statement to remove PD from the system, he thereby at the same time authorizes the Administration to delete its account (account) created by the Administration when registering this User on Resource.
6. The purpose of processing personal data is to use the Resource and its services, as well as services integrated with the Resource.
7. The user also confirms that the personal data provided by him is correct and expresses full and unconditional consent (acceptance) for the use of contact information for maintaining communication, making phone calls to the specified landline and / or mobile phone, sending SMS messages to the specified mobile phone, sending emails to the specified email address in order to confirm the necessary data for the operation of the Resource and / or its individual services, as well as for the purposes established by the User agreement. Feedback of the Site Administration with the User is not tied to a specific method, including, but not exclusively, those specified in the framework of the above actions.
8. The user also provides the Site Administration with access to the following technical information: cookies, browser sessions, the user's IP address.
