How to wash the laces and sneakers?

To quickly cope with this task and get a really good result with dazzling whiteness of shoes and accessories, use one of the following cleaning products:

• special shoe polishing gel;
• vinegar;
• soda;
• citric acid;
• chlorine bleach;
• toothpaste or powder;
• laundry soap;
• hydrogen peroxide.

In addition, you will need:

• washing machine;
• cotton wool or soft clean rags;
• unnecessary toothbrush;
• small construction tweezers.

Important! Even if you have a need to clean not only the laces, but also the sneakers themselves, they need to be washed separately. How to wash the laces?

Method 1

Quite a laborious procedure if your accessories are very dirty, but still effective:

1. Wet the shoelaces.
2. Well soap them with household or bleaching soap.
3. Rub and then rinse.
4. Repeat the process until the desired result is obtained.

Method 2

1. Take a small bowl.
2. Pour into it a chlorine-containing detergent, for example, a stain remover such as Vanish or Whiteness.
3. Add a little water and mix well.
4. Put the laces in the solution and leave overnight.
5. In the morning, remove and wash with soap.
6. Dry.

Important! Perfectly suitable for this purpose is also a cleansing gel for Comet. The whitening effect is simply stunning.

Method 3

1. Apply whitening toothpaste over the entire length of the laces - it is convenient to do this with a toothbrush.
2. Place in a separate place and leave until the paste dries.
3. Insert back into the sneakers or pre-wash and dry, then use. Decide how best to do simply - try to touch, if they are not sticky, then washing is not necessary.

Method 4

1. Pour water into a small saucepan.
2. Add bleach.
3. Put the shoelaces in the solution and bring to a boil.
4. Leave on a small fire a pot of bleach and laces for 30-60 minutes.
5. Remove the laces and rinse them under running water.

Important! Make sure that the liquid does not boil away and does not "escape" - otherwise this method is very simple and effective.

How to wash white sneakers?

To return the original whiteness to the sneakers is also not a problem. We offer you several solutions.

Option 1

This method is the simplest if you have a washing machine. In this case, proceed as follows:

1. Remove the insoles and shoelaces from the shoe.
2. Put all elements in a special bag for washing. If there is none, then load only the sneakers and insole into the drum. Wash the laces by hand.
3. Put the bag in the washing machine.
4. Fill the active powder in another compartment with bleach or 1 glass of soda.
5. Set the mode for washing shoes or fast washing, but without spinning.
6. At the end of the process, remove all the parts and put the sneakers and insoles to dry on the balcony or hang clothespins on the linen thread.

Option 2

If you are ready to purchase a special shoe polishing gel - use it this way:

1. Apply a small amount to individual areas.
2. Rub with a brush until the desired result is obtained.
3. Wash off any residue with a damp cloth.
4. Put the sneakers dry.

Option 3

You can whiten sneakers and bleach or stain remover for clothes. In this case, proceed as follows:

1. Pour the product into the basin.
2. Add hot water in the proportion specified by the manufacturer.
3. Stir and put the sneakers into the solution.
4. Leave for a period of 30 minutes to 2 hours - depends on the degree of contamination.
5. Remove and rinse well under running clean water while wiping with a cloth or brush.
6. Dry the sneakers on the linen thread in the bathroom, on the balcony or outdoors.

Option 4

For this method, also take any bleach, but do not soak, but do this:

1. Prepare a convenient place for cleaning shoes - this process will take quite a long time.
2. Wet cotton swabs, a brush or a rag in the bleach and rub the material of the sneakers into small areas.
3. Clean the cleaner thoroughly with clean water and dry the shoes.

Important! In this case, always wear gloves, so as not to damage the skin of the hands.

Option 5

Toothpaste is great for whitening different materials. For sports shoes, it is also used. To wash your sneakers off dirt and gray plaque in this way, follow these steps:

1. Dissolve the tooth powder with a little water or take a ready-made toothpaste with whitening effect.
2. Brush the mixture and apply over the entire surface.
3. Leave for 30 minutes.
4. Rub the whole surface of the sneakers with a brush.
5. Rinse well with water as soon as you make sure the sneakers again shine with whiteness.

Important! To further enhance the cleansing effect, add lemon juice to the paste or a mixture of powder and water - just a few drops.

Option 6

The strongest cleaner for cleaning white sneakers contains vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice, washing powder. If all the ingredients are in your possession, proceed with the cleaning:

1. Mix all the ingredients in equal proportions( excluding laundry detergent - it needs 1 tablespoon) to a homogeneous paste-like mass.
2. With a sponge or brush, treat this mixture with the material of the sneakers.
3. Leave for 5-7 minutes.
4. Wipe with a paper towel.
5. Rinse shoes well under running water.
6. Dry the sneakers before use.

Important! This mixture turns out to be very caustic, so be sure to whip the sneakers in gloves.
